1. Indecent Exposure
Nobody wanted to watch you strut around with everything hanging out, and someone called you on it. Hope they gave you a jumpsuit or you're going to be prison eye candy.

2. Drunk and disorderly conduct
"Wassat, occifer? No... I'm not dru-*hic* drunk. I'm unner the legal limit. Wooo!" No, no you're not. You're way over. Sleep it off, buddy.

3. Vandalism
Oh, you naughty thing. You got busted stealing that 'Chickens X-ing' sign. Or was it drawing boobs on the drive-thru clown? Either way, tsk tsk.

4. B&E
Apparently your friend didn't think you kicking in his window to sneak in and leave him a 'present' was as good of an idea as you thought it was. Well, no love for HIM. *hmph*

5. Grand Theft Auto
The car was BEGGING to go for a ride. It called to you with its sireny car-call. And you just had to answer. If it hadn't been for the damn spike belt...

Trust me, there are better ways to get money to pay for your Bieber concert tickets.

[It's a story event and 80% of the characters are stuck in jail or something, I don't know. There's a Primal Beast of Imprisonment roaming around and Gran, probably, maybe Djeeta, needs to punch it in the face repeatedly for them to go free. Whatever. Right now they're in the slammer. She's pacing the cell impatiently.]

They're not just going to leave us...right? Haha... [...ha. Fuck.] How long do you think it'll be, uh... [Why are there so many people on the ship, really. Wait, she's got it...] ...Ezecrain?

"This is all your fault," Sam sighed, fingers running through his hair. "I knew we should have gone through the proper channels to get those medical supplies but there you were, saying how no one would notice, how we'd get in and out and go help the civilians and it'd be fine." Sam rolled his eyes and tried to make himself more comfortable against the bars.

It was hard to do in his scrubs. They offered no real padding.

After thirty seconds of silence, Sam leveled his gaze at Raleigh. "So, do I at least get an apology?"

Crystal did her best to make herself comfortable. It wasn't easy, given the confines of the high-security cell. Only two hard, uncomfortable looking cots for the two lovely women; along with the absolute basic enmities.

"Y'know, for a freakin' 'high-security' dump you'd think they'd bother to get some of those jackass coppers to scrub the floors once in a while, huh?" Crystal grumbled as she moved her dirty bare feet off the cell floor, laying down on the cot and trying to make herself as comfortable as possible. Which wasn't very. The woman wiggled her toes absently; though Crystal hadn't known her cell mate for very long -and maybe getting caught together like this didn't make the best first impressions- they found that they shared similar interests, a love of dance, flexibility and stomping around barefooted. Their wardens hadn't thought to put either of them in prison greys, at least not yet.

Absently, Crystal pulled at her slightly tussled hair, trying to straighten it out a bit. She was biting her lip, not bothering to hide her frustration. "We..gotta think of a way outta this, Ezera. I'm not built to handle somethin' like this, having my freedom taken away. It sucks." An understatement, though she didn't regret the actions that put her here. Not by a long shot.

It wasn't supposed to happen this way. He'd ben trying to save the human from the vampire, and after succeeding, everything had gone to hell. Jace had been sure his glamor had been in place, but something had gone wrong. The police were on him before he could run away, and he was left in front of a body with a birthdate of March 3, 1910, and a human who was likely still shell-shocked.

This didn't bode well until The Institute got wind of it and got them both out. Until then, they were accomplices and Jace needed to explain himself.

Stripped to the waist and suddenly in prison scrub pants, Jace watched the other from across the cell. "You're not crazy," he said softly, sure that his black runes that looked like tattoos weren't helping his credibility.

"You can come over here, if you want. I don't bite."

Of course he would come help. When he'd called Tony several times only to get no answer he'd started doing a bit of digging with T'challa's help. They'd found out that Tony had been caught with 'compromising intel', whatever the hell that was...though Steve had his guesses, and was currently doing a stint in the RAFT. Well he couldn't just leave him there now could he. Not after everything Tony had been doing to help them all. So Steve made a plan and he figured out where the RAFT was much like the first time he'd broken in. He set out alone, one was easier to maneuver in a situation like this than many, and went to go get his friend.

Of course they'd made some adjustments since his last little soiree but it wasn't enough to stop him. No one was seriously injured, they would all be perfectly fine in a couple hours, and there he was. Steve smiled as he stood on the other side of the glass looking at his friend.

"Someone call for a ride?"

It really shouldn't be so amusing to see Rogers sitting in a holding cell, and Hill's attempt to hide her smirk failed miserably.

"'Grand theft auto,'" she quoted from the police report. The corner of her mouth tilted upwards. "'Fleeing and eluding. Failure to obey traffic signals'... Looks like someone was paying attention in SHIELD Tactical Driving 101."

Hill had, of course, already seen the dashcam footage of the chase. She'd had to stifle more than a few chuckles once the officers realized who it was they'd just PIT-ed. The only reason why she'd been able to view the video was because she'd claimed to be Rogers' lawyer: complete with business suit, briefcase and counterfeit bar card.

"Bail's already been taken care of," she added. "All you need to do is sign on the dotted line and collect your property. If it'd been Stark, I would've made him wait until morning on general pain-in-my-ass principles."
