[ WOKE UP IN JAIL ]
Where are you? Why is your bed so hard? Why is someone peeing right by your head?
Oh right. Because you got pinched last night. Welcome to the slammer, baby.
• Post with your character name/fandom/options preferences.
• Use RNG to pick your possible scenario - or just go with what you'd like most.
• Reply to other people's tags. Use RNG or decide what your part in the whole kerfuffle is.
• Enjoy the confusion.
Reason(s) you're in jail:
1. Indecent Exposure
Nobody wanted to watch you strut around with everything hanging out, and someone called you on it. Hope they gave you a jumpsuit or you're going to be prison eye candy.
2. Drunk and disorderly conduct
"Wassat, occifer? No... I'm not dru-*hic* drunk. I'm unner the legal limit. Wooo!" No, no you're not. You're way over. Sleep it off, buddy.
3. Vandalism
Oh, you naughty thing. You got busted stealing that 'Chickens X-ing' sign. Or was it drawing boobs on the drive-thru clown? Either way, tsk tsk.
4. B&E
Apparently your friend didn't think you kicking in his window to sneak in and leave him a 'present' was as good of an idea as you thought it was. Well, no love for HIM. *hmph*
5. Grand Theft Auto
The car was BEGGING to go for a ride. It called to you with its sireny car-call. And you just had to answer. If it hadn't been for the damn spike belt...
6. Kidnapping
Trust me, there are better ways to get money to pay for your Bieber concert tickets.
7. Murder
Talk about being caught red handed. You got caught red armed. And faced. And front. You're messy.
8. Any/all of the above
Ooooh... You've been REALLY naughty, haven't you? Actually, you kind of scare me.
Relationship of the person tagging:
1. Cohort in Crime.
2. Person coming to bail you out. (or not)
3. Jailer/Warden.

Jace realized he was lecturing him like he'd been lectured his whole life. The eyeroll was meant for himself. "Look, it's a shitty situation all around. What's your name? I missed it during homeroom. I'm Jace."
no subject
"Kieron. What's yours?" he replied in a short tone, not interested in getting a lecture about his life choices. Heck he got enough of that from his brother. That said, deep down he was happy reconnect to him even if they hadn't been that close.
no subject
"He was bad news, Kieron, seriously. He..." Jace sighed, glanced at the ceiling. "He would have hurt you, bad." But maybe Kieron was one of those mundanes who liked the vamp venom? He didn't look like a tweeker.
Whoops, I forgot Jace already introduced himself
"I can take care of myself," he then said. "Been looking after myself for years now. Nobody else would," he added bitterly. It didn't sound half as bad as it might. He had had brothers looking after him growing up instead of his no-good parents. But still that didn't last forever.
"So what you some vigilantly gay hero then? Saving cruising guys from Bad People by murder? Doesn't make you any better. Worse I'd say."
No prob, it worked out ;)
Jace listened, then sniffed, still unconvinced. They were already in pretty deep, so what harm would he be doing? "Look, I guess you could call me that, but what happened wasn't murder. That was a vampire. He was going to suck you dry, and not in a pleasant way. That's all he was after, though he might have been gay before being killed the first time, I don't know."
Taking a deep breath, Jace looked around them and then leaned in, as if there was a vast distance between them. "You were in danger, Kieron. I'm just sorry you didn't get away before the body dissolved. It might have been a trap set up all along, and you were the bait.
no subject
"Vampire, really? I thought it was bad enough with demons and wendigos running around. but of course there be vampires too. Next you'll tell me there's werewolves too, won't ya?" he sighed. He wished that he didn't attract this sort of attention.
"Obviously it was a trap. It wanted me for dinner and not in a nice way," he huffed in annoyance. "Guess I own you a favor then, eh Jace."
no subject
"No, dummy. Not a trap for you. A trap for me." Of course, Jace liked favors being owed him, and even if Kieron wasn't a warlock, he was still useful. Maybe for the exact activities, he'd been hunting for in the first place. "You were just a tasty morsel. A bonus." Jace finally stood up and wet to the metal toilet. After thirty seconds of a strong stream, he flushed and tucked himself back in, hiking the pants up a bit. Since he was standing, he headed over to Kieron's bunk and gestured to it.
"Mind if I?"
no subject
"And you don't think escaping jail would end ourselves in even more trouble?" he said, sounding unimpressed. He'd rather stay and face the consequences and be declared innocent than running off. He didn't need the police to be on his tail.
"Guess that makes sense too," he shrugged and watched Jace's back. It did bring up a question as for how Jace got into the knows aswell. Or if the vampire was going for him and not Kieron. As he finished, Kieron shrugged again.
"Feel free to" he said.

Sitting down on the cot, Jace grunted. "Yeah, not much more comfortable than mine," he said, turning his eyes to look at Kieron's profile. "So, can you tell me about the guy you were meeting?" Jace paused a second then added, "Did you send him any..incriminating photos? Dick pics that showed your face?"
no subject
"First rule of dick pics, never send one with your face in," he said. He then shrugged. "But I didn't send any. But I'd chat with him over the last few days," he then admitted.
no subject
"Glad to hear you know that," Jace answered with a smirk, but he was nodding his head too, quickly back to business. "Then we'll have to get the phone that was at the scene, hopefully. Destroy it, so the coven can't come after you, or use you again." Jace took a deep breath, scratching at the back of his neck.
"Sorry about the blue balls, though."
no subject
"I'll take a gamble and guess this coven is like vampire group. Not sure what they'd want with me other than my blood thou. Guess I ought to start wearing a cross of silver then," he said with a sigh.
"It didn't get that far."
no subject
"It's not just you," Jace said softly, leaning in so words were just heard by Kieron. "Meeting you got one of their own killed. They wouldn't come after you, but after the ones you care about. Then they'd take you out. I'd like to keep that from happening."
Pulling back a few inches, Jace put on a show of laughing, shrugging his shoulders. "So you didn't expect to get your knob slobbed in the middle of the night in an alley? Were you hoping to read poetry together?" His voice had gone back to its normal volume and cadence as if his private words had never been said.

However at what Jace said next, Kieron's face fell. Suddenly he looked very scary, just as scared as he had been that time he found Vince dead. He couldn't bare having another sibling dead. He was thinking of Mark, Charlie... little Amelia. If anything happened to any of those, he might just drink himself into oblivion like his ol' man. "But I didn't do anything! You did... you'll be able to persuade them not, right?" he said his voice suddenly very thin. He didn't even acknowledge that jib, far too worried about the well being of his remaining siblings. He curled together, not liking feeling this powerless and weak again. He thought he had left that behind when he left home.
no subject
"And when my contact comes in, just tell him where your family lives, he'll put someone on watch for a few days. Really, don't let this stop you from getting off." He hoped the jab would draw Kieron back out.
no subject
"They live all over. Charlie has a kid which is barely more than a year old. The other two lives around here... Izzy, well I don't know where she's holed up. We aren't close," he said and went through the addresses in his head. "The police can't keep them all safe. Just take me to the vampires, let them finish me off instead of having my family hurt," he then said and looked over at Jace with determination in his eyes. He was even surprised himself at his selflessness. But then again, they had buried too many children in this family. It was better that he died than them. Once again he ignored Jace's jab, not being in the mood whatsoever.
no subject
"And did I say they'd be cops? We have people in our employ who are better equipped to handle the situation. If it'll make you feel better, I'll put some of my own people on your relatives and I'll stay with you. While hey live forever, seemingly, vampires have pretty short attention spans, especially if the guy you were meeting was on the outs with them. I'll learn more about that when we get out of here."
Finally, Jace took a breath, his fingers gripping the back of Kieron's neck, increasing the squeeze, then relaxing it. "Did you use your full name on your profile? Most people don't. Do you share the same last name as the rest of your family? Did you mention them anywhere? If not, then the chances are even slimmer. Think, Kieron."
no subject
However after a moment of space, he calmed down somewhat and looked back at Jace with less fury in his eyes. His features was still hard though but his voice had softened.
"Just do whatever you can to keep them safe. And no I didn't use my full name, just Kieron. But that ain't a very common name so it probably doesn't matter. I'm not stupid. I'm just... trying something new. Something other than a quickie in an alley," he continued, feeling slightly uncomfortable admitting it out-loud. He had been thinking ever since he realized he wasn't much better than his hated big sister.
no subject
Jace actually laughed at Kieron's response, rolling his eyes again. "Yeah, so people probably think that name's made up too. You'll be fine. And it's good to get out there, find someone better than a blow and go. I'd still like to stay with you for a few days, just to be sure. You can either say yes, or I can stalk outside your place, and the weather's getting cold."
Before Jace could continue, he heard a door open. "But tell me now. I think we're getting out of here."
no subject
"Sure, you can stay around my place if you want," he said, a little dismissive. His concerns weren't with him but his siblings. He had been fine so far.
As the door opened in the distance, Kieron looked up aswell. He really hoped they were getting out of here. He didn't like jails.
no subject
"Sorry about this," Jace said his tone slightly beseeching. "I know my boyfriend and I shouldn't have been doing what we were doing out in public like that, but we won't do it again. And it wasn't like..." A voice cut him off.
"We don't like to have our officers time wasted like this, Jace. You and Kieron need to keep it indoors. Maybe consider whips next time." The small portal in the door opened and Jace accepted the bundle of clothes while the other continued talking. Jace brought Kieron's clothes to him.
"We have bigger problems than two people trying to be exhibitionists in the middle of the night. Are we clear on that?"
Jace was dropping his scrubs and pulling back on his jeans. "Totally understand. I'm sorry. We're both pretty embarrassed about this. We'd just like to get home."

"But really," Jace said, letting go of his elbow, "whip, sword, and bow. Expert. So where do you live? Want some food?"
