Ice cream, chocolate syrup, toppings... [She's getting the very, very odd impression this is still not going to ring bells.]

[Toppings! She knows that word. And she knows syrup. And ice, and cream, but the sound of them together...

Well, they sound like something Vanille would probably like. She would have to try it, and tell Vanille when she woke up - or got back - and after she figured out why she was awake at all. She doesn't remember dreaming while in Crystal stasis the first time.

Fang is a little wrapped up in her own thoughts, sorry if she isn't too talkative, Usagi.]

[It's quite alright; Usagi talks enough for both of them until they reach the cafe and she opens the door to let Fang in.]

Motoki-onii-san works at the arcade, but his sister works at the cafe! We might see her if she's working today. Everyone else might be here, too!

[She finally pays attention again as the door opens, though Fang wordlessly insists Usagi go in first while she holds the door.] Ah-huh. Who is everyone else? Friends of yours?

Mmhm! we all come here as often as we can. We hang out here and have milkshakes.

I see. [It's a cute little shop, Fang decides. A visual survey of the place suggests the most advantageous position for her to sit in to see as man people as possible, but Usagi is her host, so -]

Where do you want to sit?

The table by the window, like always. [She apparently means that booth easily meant for about half a dozen people.]

All right then. [Fang lets Usagi lead the way, but she takes a seat in the corner, facing the door.]

Cute place. So this is your hangout, aye?

You could say that. It's a cafe for everyone, but we like coming here together. We've had a lot of good times here.

I see. It's important to have that time. [Her words seem to have a bit of a deeper meaning, but she doesn't say anything else, and is distracted by the approach of a waitress bearing two menus.]

[She knows how precious, and how fleeting, those times are. It just doesn't seem to change that smile and that hope.]

So what do you want to try first?

[For some reason, Fang feels like she shouldn't be able to read the menu, but she can. Maybe it's a primitive version of Gran Pulse's language - or maybe it's that whole dreaming thing just...really vivid dreaming.]

Mmn, I'm not sure. Having a sweet tooth is more of - well - [Fang drops into a brief silence, eying the menu.] What are you getting? One of those thundering chocolate sun-things?

[Hold on. Usagi is currently lost in a sudden daydream of a world with candy weather, from candy floss clouds to a bright white-chocolate sun.

Delicious~]

Hey, want to share one of the giant-sized ones?

[Japan to Usagi, come in please.

Share one? Fang maintains that she's not sure how a thunder of chocolate will taste good but...Well, why not.]

Eh, alright. I'll try it.

[Hey, Fang's the one that put it in her head.]

Great! There'll be enough for both of us; I can't even eat all of one of them!

I'm trusting you this is good, now. [Fang smiles a little.]

[Usagi is not about to be deterred from her cheer.]

Of course it is! Everybody likes ice cream!

We'll see about that. [Fang's still smiling though, so she obviously isn't taking the challenge too seriously.]

[It's while they're waiting for the ice cream that something just feels wrong. Usagi, too used to the feeling, glances around the room, but there's nothing.

She starts to relax again when she hears the screams, outside.]

[It's not l'Cie energy, so Fang doesn't notice that - but she notices Usagi's sudden alertness.

The screams outside startle her, and she's out of the booth immediately. It's too much like Cocoon, when...

The l'Cie pushes the door open, looking for the source of the screams. It's habit, but she's not sure what she's looking for. She'll know the moment she sees it, though.]

[Whoa. Fang moves fast. Usagi barely has time to wonder how she got across the room so quickly before deciding it's for the best: She has a chance to transform without having to make an excuse or being noticed.

She hurries to a corner no one will see, and calls out her transformation.]

Moon Eternal Power, Make-Up!

[It's Eternal Sailor Moon, unrecognizable and dressed in her sailor fuku, that comes to help Fang.]

I won't forgive you for ruining a girl's chance at her first time trying sweet desserts!

[Who the hell is this girl? For some reason, she seems familiar, but Fang can't explain why - but she can worry about that after this - thing. Ceith?

Ceith probably aren't on Japan.

There's a little wry grin and a chuckle as Fang takes her red staff in hand, sliding into a wide fighting stance. She twirls it at her side and above her head with ease and grace, the grin from this new girl's joke turning into a darker one at the promise of a fight.]

This thing a friend o' yours?

[Whatever it is, it's in a costume that looks like a grotesque mockery of Sailor Moon's. The only good news is that at least this one is female in appearance in the process. Plenty hadn't been. It has glasses, and its hair is worn in a tight bun. It introduces itself soon enough: 'Sailor Librarian!']

... Is he even for real?

[She turns to Fang quickly.]

Look, you should get to safety!

I was about t' tell you the same thing! [Fang steps forward as "Sailor Librarian" does, shifting in a protective stance in front of the new arrival.]

"In the name of overdue book fines, you'll be punished!"

[Fang looks at the creature, bemused. She would almost find it funny, if this thing wasn't causing mayhem.]

What th' hell is it goin' on about?

[What is she doing?! Sailor Moon grabs at Fang's arm to bring her down to the ground, just as sharp library-card-shaped objects fly past them.]

She has to find a way to handle this without Fang getting herself hurt for real next time!
