Welcome to My World!

It's a whole new world!  And how lucky, you've got a friend(?) who has the responsibility of helping you live through it.  Are you a Super Saiyan getting used to the idea of demons in feudal Japan?  Or maybe you're an angel who's making friends with a pretty sweet alien.  Maybe you just come from an alternate version of earth and need a local to help you overcome culture shock.  Thank goodness you're not alone!

Here's how it works:
1. Leave a post. You will be the guide to any new arrivals to your world!
2. Comment to posts. You are stuck in the world belonging to the person you've tagged. (i.e., if you tag Naruto, you'll be in his world with him as your guide)
3. SHENANIGANS.  Thread out any scenario! Maybe various scenarios!  Write an epilogue when you're done or something. Use this meme to launch a million AUs for the musebox.  DO WHATEVER YOU LIKE.

I don't have friends. [Fang, while blunt, isn't too defensive.] Because I'm the sort of person that would leave, do things my own way. Turn on 'em if I had to, to do what I need to.

I'm all for teamwork, but if the team fails, I'll go it alone. That's how I've always been.

[buntails]

You went that far with Vanille, didn't you? That means you want to be loyal to your comrades.

Hah. Don't make me out to be some good person, kid.

I turned on her too, near the end. Thought I was doin' the right thing, that my way would do what I meant it to, that I was strong enough to do what everyone together couldn't.

Tch. [Fang glances out the window.] Damn fool, I was.

[buntails]

It's because you understand that now that I can say these things. And, I think you are a good person.

I don't know if it's being serious or not, but it's what I think.

Oh? Then what's 'being serious' to you? [She's not talking about it.]

I mean I think you're a good person. And I think you shouldn't take on the burden of thinking otherwise.

That wasn't my question. Earlier you said you needed to be more serious. So what's 'more serious' to you? [Damnit Usagi.]

But this is important. I think your friends would be sad knowing you felt that way, when you've been with them and fighting together.

I'm not saying it from pity, or anything like that. But I want to understand.

[Fang sighs heavily.] It's true, simple as that. Someone who turns on their companions, that's not a good person, is it? Even now, I know I'd do it again, if I thought it'd work.

Vanille is the only person I care about in this world.

[buntails]

I don't believe that. Because, you already understand it didn't work well.

You asked for an explanation, I gave you one that's truthful. Whether you believe it or not is your deal.

[buntails]

I wasn't trying to say anything bad, I just...

I believe in you, and I think your friends do, too. And I think they believe in you while understanding you.

[saboteuring]

Nah. [Fang shakes her head dismissively. Her tone remains fairly calm, although perhaps a bit exasperated.] Maybe they do. I wouldn' call 'em friends, though - I'd doubt they'd call me one. That's fine.

...I wonder how long it's been since I seen 'em?

[buntails]

[Her eyes are steady on Fang.]

Strange thing is, I dunno. Truthfully, I dunno how I'm sitting here right now. Remember the l'Cie thing I told you about, the Ceith? If a l'Cie does finish their focus, their 'reward' is an eternal crystal sleep. I should be asleep - or maybe dead, I dunno.

[buntails]

But you are here right now. [She says it quietly, with just the barest hint of emphasis.] That means you have a chance still, to let yourself accept these things.
