 Who in the world could hate kindness? Sweetness? Conscientiousness? All of us, on some level, like to be pampered and taken care of, from the most churlish to the most pleasant. Yes, even those grouchy grumps, or, of course, the cool-headed psychos - Okay, maybe not all of us to the same degree. Regardless of your disposition, somehow, you've gained a doting significant other. It seems like they find their greatest pleasure in taking care of and looking out for you. This may manifest in them simply trying to keep you entertained, happy, and healthy; it could also come in the form of them being a domestic doter, taking care of all your needs. Be it the former or the latter, there's an inherent adorableness that comes with their efforts and generosity, and in return, you have an urge to protect and care for them. They're just too precious for this world! Only, you know, there's a good chance you can a. ignore this, because you're emotionally stunted and full of wo/manpain, or b. repress it because you're a badass and would never. Unless you've completely disregarded all that because they're just too much and you want to hold them forever. So, how do you feel about all this? Do you wish they'd stop with this foolishness (not really)? Are you pushing them away? Are you embarrassed? Maybe you're absolutely taken with them! Just realize that you have it incredibly good. HOW TO PLAY • Comment with your character, preferences, their role, any info, etc. • Reply to others. ROLE • Usual: This is how they always are. "Caring" is in their nature. • Unexpected: They don't seem like the type...but with you, they are. • Terrible at It: They're trying hard, yet it seems like they fail at trying to take care of you. Depending on who you are, though, that may just make them more endearing. • Because You Like It: They heard you like those who are sweet and kind, so they're trying to change their ways. • Not Together: Technically, you're not together romantically, but everyone knows the truth. • The Doted Upon: What it says on the tin! PROMPTS • Feeding: Whether they cook for you or have moments where they feed you, literally, they take your nutrition seriously. • Massage: Let them work out all those kinks. • Clean You Up: Here, they've drawn a warm bath for you. • Dress Your Wounds: If you're the kind of person who gets in battles, they'll see that you're all patched up. • Singing: Or telling stories, or otherwise calming you down. • Lap Rest: Sometimes, their lap is the best pillow. • A Shoulder to Cry On: When you have troubles, they're always there to listen. • The Calming Force: If you have moments of terror from past trauma, they're always willing to put themselves on the line to bring you back to reality, even if it puts them in danger. • Soft Kisses: Their kisses feel so good, and they're never demanding. • Head Pat: Sometimes, a simple gesture can mean the most. • Grooming: They'll fix your hair - or at least play with it - and help you shave. • Gifts: Homemade or expensive, they like to shower you in presents. • Lovemaking: The obligatory smut option, where they're a generous lover. • Protector: They look out for you, and while they don't seem that way, if you're threatened, they get like a bear protecting her cubs. • Gentle Giant: They make you feel so small and delicate. • Reverse: For once, you want to dote on and take care of them. • Unwilling: It's a wonder they still try to care for you, because you're cruel to them and rebuff them at every turn, even if you really don't mean it. • It's Okay to Cry: They never get upset because they don't want to put that on you.  Everybody needs a sidekick. This includes those who may have a little help of their own in the form of magic - witches, warlocks, mages, sages, casters, magicians...whatever you want to call them, they have a bit more juice than your average Joe. Luckily, the job comes with a built-in assistant: a familiar, or a helper spirit. The familiar serves as a guide to their magical "Master" of their choice, helping them out of tight spots and being their companion for life. Sometimes, they come in the form of animals, like dogs and especially cats. Some don't bother with this, though, and just stay in their true humanoid forms. The bond between familiar and master is one of intensity, and they know each other completely. Most familiars even have a telepathic link to their masters. That helps them keep an eye on them. Of course, given this closeness-beyond-closeness, it's easy to imagine a master and familiar as soulmates, and with familiars having a human form...well, intimacy seems like a natural option. Too bad relationships of that kind between master and familiar are strictly forbidden. Surely, that rule is always followed. HOW TO PLAY

 Most people have seen a grand friendship strained by romantic inclinations at least once in their life, but when it comes to you, they can feel at ease. No one in the world would expect anything of that sort coming from your end. In their eyes, your age, personality type, job, duty, position, or even your species renders your abilities to feel romantic love null and void. And there's no way you could have any feelings towards them! If there is, it has to be a little crush. Completely innocent! ...except not. You are crushing, you may even love them, but most importantly, your thoughts toward them are anything but innocent. Actually, when it comes to them, your mind is absolutely filthy. Does their inability to view you as a sexual or romantic non-entity? If there's an age difference, do you feel guilty? A species difference, do you feel like a traitor? Maybe it best to keep how you really view the locked neatly inside - - except when everything comes to light, it's going to be messy. They're going to hate you...but what if they don't? What if your ideas are quite exciting, instead? Of course, things will probably be messy then, too.

Would your character cheat on a significant other? Under the right circumstances? Never? Well, luckily, the hotel is perfectly adept at creating extenuating circumstances and pocket universe AUs where anything can happen. Yes, anything - even your most loyal heroes and faithful hopeless romantic cheating. Not just cheating, though. They're loving getting it from someone else, no matter what the case may be. Perhaps they're guilty, perhaps not. Whatever that means, they're addicted to sex with this interloper. This phenomenon is called "cuckolding" in English, and in Japanese, the kink is called netorare. In the latter, the tale almost always begins with reluctance upon the part of the one being stolen away, yet ends up with them willing and eager to break the heart of the one they loved. Today's offering will allow you to play these scenarios from many angles: from the one cheating, to the one "stealing" them away, and even from the one being cheated on. It also allows for some peering into psychological and emotional kinks. Not all is dark and dire, though; there is some romance and fluff to be had even here. Of course, most situations will be...sticky. Don't think too much into that. HOW TO PLAY • Comment with your character and preferences. Be sure to include if you'd prefer playing the thief or the stolen, though be open to both for maximum use of the meme. Most characters can switch depending on the prompts. • Comment to others. • Let RNG decide your prompts or pick them out yourselves. • Remember, not all cheating will involve mustache-twirling villains. Your character doesn't have to be a bad person to do these, necessarily. • Note that in netorare, the stolen party doesn't have to be in a romantic relationship when they're taken away. Grooming is an important part of many species' rituals. It keeps them clean, healthy, and content. And a good bath? It can change the whole tone of a day from terrible to relaxed and blissful. But nudity is sometimes viewed as a weakness - and it is almost always sexualized - so bathing is often kept a private matter. If you do share these moments with someone, they're almost always a significant other or a sexual partner. Like you're doing now. Whether it be after a battle or after sex (or before sex, even), the two of you are going to get clean. Be sure to help each other out with that, won't you? How does it work? Simple! Choose a relationship (or roll for one, if it suits your fancy), and then RNG for a situation! That, or just go straight for whatever situation appeals to you. These are all fairly vague: just something to start you off! Parent-Child 1. Rock-a-Bye How do you get a fussy child to sleep? Read them a story, sing them a lullaby, or just let them stay up until they exhaust themselves? Whatever the choice, it is time for bed. 2. For The First Time You've never met this person in your life, but it turns out they're one of the two reasons you exist. Maybe they walked out when you were young. Maybe they never knew you were born. Whatever the reason, it is now time to meet them. 3. Past Midnight That curfew was set for a reason. Now it's two AM, and your kid is just now dragging in. Maybe they're drunk. Or got into a fight. Or just had way too much fun snogging their new love interest. It's time for them to face the music. 4. New Home It's the first day of your new life together, as parent and child.
