Completely Pampered Shipping Meme Who in the world could hate kindness? Sweetness? Conscientiousness? All of us, on some level, like to be pampered and taken care of, from the most churlish to the most pleasant. Yes, even those grouchy grumps, or, of course, the cool-headed psychos - Okay, maybe not all of us to the same degree. Regardless of your disposition, somehow, you've gained a doting significant other. It seems like they find their greatest pleasure in taking care of and looking out for you. This may manifest in them simply trying to keep you entertained, happy, and healthy; it could also come in the form of them being a domestic doter, taking care of all your needs. Be it the former or the latter, there's an inherent adorableness that comes with their efforts and generosity, and in return, you have an urge to protect and care for them. They're just too precious for this world! Only, you know, there's a good chance you can a. ignore this, because you're emotionally stunted and full of wo/manpain, or b. repress it because you're a badass and would never. Unless you've completely disregarded all that because they're just too much and you want to hold them forever. So, how do you feel about all this? Do you wish they'd stop with this foolishness (not really)? Are you pushing them away? Are you embarrassed? Maybe you're absolutely taken with them! Just realize that you have it incredibly good. But with all of this wedding planning, she couldn't help but feel a little overwhelmed. At least Snow was there with her to help her through it. Lying on the couch, she was resting head in his lap.]

He brings his hand down and lightly strokes his fingers through her hair, twirling a few pink strands around them as he does, trying to be as soothing as he can in her time of need. She's stressed, which he understands. He just wishes he could be of more use. ]

He takes such good care of her. He's always making sure that she's doing okay, sometimes at his own expense. It's nice, some days, to feel like she can return the favor.

So of course, one weekend when he's been seeming particularly stressed out and hasn't slept in far too long, she clings tight to him as he wakes and moves to go about his day.

"Just stay a little longer in bed, mm?"

It's always a little bit better at the very end of the night. It's always a little easier when he can drop off in sheer exhaustion, listening to the soft sound of Rachel's heartbeat. And it's always a little better when he first wakes up and feels her still pressed snug against him.

It's just that, lately, things have been falling off again quickly into an ocean of responsibilities.

There's already a crease of a frown in his brow as he stops shifting out of bed. "...why? Y' okay, Rach?"

Saitama surveyed the damage in search for his apprentice. Genos stubbornly insisted on taking out the monster alone, and - as far as his eyes proved - succeeded. Now all he had to do is to find him, inluding any damaged and lost limbs, and head back home.

There's sound of shuffling somewhere in all that smoke. Gust of wind cleared some of the vapours, showing Genos form. His left leg seemed to be dislocated, hindering his movement, and there was overall damage. But he wasn't left in pieces this time.

"Sensei..?" he blinks surprised, but his face lightens noticeably with pride.

Saitama smiled with relief. He jogged to his apprentice, while trying to assess the amount of damage he sustained. "Great! You did it, and you're still in one piece."
