Truth or dare? is a mostly verbal party game requiring two or more players. Players are given the choice between answering a question truthfully, or performing a "dare", both of which are set by the other players. Players must perform the dare they are given, or answer the question asked, quiting the game to avoid a dare or question is not allowed, or switching the choice with the other.

How to play -

1. Top-level with your character.
2. Others make them choose between truth or dare.
3. Play till you tire.

Courting

It's getting pretty serious, cop to it or not. You want to snag this person for your new best gal/guy, but you're in an old-fashioned world. Or you've got an old-fashioned mind stuck in a modern world. Or it's possible you just like the classics.

Whatever the case, it's time to pull out the stops, bust out the flowers, and take your honey dancing. Or something.

  • Top level.
  • The characters who reply are going steady.
  • Yes, it's old school. Embrace it.

it's quiet
and the snow's beautiful tonight

snowfall;

stage i; none, streets are already blanketed in white.
stage ii; very light and intermittent.
stage iii; light - moderate. lasts longer periods.
stage iv; continuous, heavy snowfall.
stage v; the hardest of cores - blizzards, snowstorms, you name it.

scenarios;

① fuck the police, this is the best time for a walk. hope you've got a nice thick coat on.
② stranded in the buttcrack of nowheresville? weren't you watching the time? now you've gone and missed that last bus out of there. or maybe you're lost, somehow. what do?
③ literally chilling, in this weather, is quite easy to do. sitting around relaxing in it is a wee more difficult, but sometimes much more enjoyable, especially if shelter can be found. the snow is beautiful to watch, after all.
④ the weather's not going to stop you. your snow fort's packed full of ammo and ready to go. those aren't snow angels over there; they mark where the poor souls you've downed have fallen. be careful with that snowman's head!!
⑤ you're about fifty miles from civilization but there's a roof over your head, so never mind the chilly draught, right? right. you mightn't be the only one lucky enough to stumble upon this little shelter, though. remember to share the blanket.
⑥ everyone stuck outside should be jelly. you've got a fireplace and hot cocoa and damn if it isn't awesome. a heater's not quite so romantic, but it'd do. there'd better be a backup generator in case the power trips.
⑦ mix and match, or make up your own.

Happy Thanksgiving

It's that time of year! Whether you're from the United States or have just seen it in movies, everyone knows that Americans take Thanksgiving very seriously. We consume copious amounts of food, watch a lot of football, and kick off the insane shopping season with Black Friday. It's also a time of family and togetherness, which is better for some than others. What sort of holiday will your muse have?

Directions
1. Comment with your character, series, preferences, etc.
2. Roll a number between 1-12 for a prompt.
3. Reply to others and play out the scenario!

Prompts
1. Not Home for the Holidays – You’re stuck on the other side of the world, or on a different world altogether. Do you mope about it or make the best of the occasion?

2. Road Trip – The snacks are packed and you’re ready to go to grandma’s house. But what happens when you lose GPS signal and get lost in the middle of nowhere or the car breaks down?

3. Stuck in the Airport – You’re snowed in and the hotels are full of fellow delayed passengers. Why don’t they make these chairs more comfortable for sleeping in?

4. Meeting the Family – It’s your first time meeting your significant other’s family, be they biological or chosen, and you’re nervous as hell about it.

5. Avoiding the Family – You’re obligated to go home for the holiday, but there’s only so much you can take of your family. Go for a walk, stop by the bar, whatever it takes for a little peace and quiet.

6. Friendsgiving – You’re spending the holiday with your chosen family. Are you hosting the event, or just bringing an extra bottle of wine?

7. The Dinner – What’s on the table? Is it set for two or twelve? Can you make it through the meal without someone causing drama?

8. Slaving Over a Hot Stove – Do you have to make the entire meal yourself or have you enlisted someone’s help with the mashed potatoes?

9. Burned the Turkey – Well, the main course is a little blackened. Time for Chinese food, or is it pizza this year?

10. Game Time - Football is a Thanksgiving tradition. Are you watching the game on TV, or out playing one of your own?

11. Thanksgiving Day Parade - Who doesn't love a good parade? Are you in it or just watching from the sideline?

12. Black Friday – Are you out fighting the crowds for the best deals? Or are you behind one of the counters, stuck in the annual retail holiday hell?

13. Write-in Option – Is there something we missed? Is there another scenario you want to play out, or would you like to roll the dice again? Go for it!

Take It Slow Smut Meme
(inspired by an anon comment by a Hulk player and damn it's hard to find gifts from Hulk 2008.)

There are plenty of memes about skipping to the good part, rushing to sex, being desperate for it, and so on. But what about taking things slow? Some people enjoy that, as well, and still others have need to keep their calm - they're inexperienced and not completely ready or they can't get knock-out, drag-down excited for reasons that can get a bit...dangerous. Or the slowness could be nothing serious; foreplay could just be the word of the day. Then, you'll want to enjoy your time together and not run through the motions of a good time 'till its spent too soon.

They say all good comes to those who wait, so savor every moment and wait for the inevitable to come.

prompts
inexperience ‹One or both of you don't have the experience nor the confidence.
trauma ‹You're not at ease getting close to anyone, but for them, you want to try, though you can't go headlong into it.
under pressure ‹You can't get too heated up because of your powers, your health, or your temper, so you have to keep things under control.
foreplay ‹Why rush the best part?
their pleasure ‹Your pleasure doesn't matter. You're 100% focused on them.
the best torture ‹Actually, you're trying to make them suffer by dragging this out. Isn't hatesex grand?
emotion ‹You love them. Both of you have a lot to say, so best to say it through actions that can't be done too quickly.
wrong place ‹Technically, you shouldn't be having sex here, so you have to keep things PG-13. Yeah, right. But at least you can pretend and keep things at a crawl...if you can.
last time for a while ‹They're about to go away, and you have to spend these moments with them and memorize everything about them.
last time for good ‹This is the end of the line. You want to make this time together last as long as you can.
do overs ‹It's time for round two! You've got nowhere better to be, and you could do this all day.

REINCARNATION MEME

You go into a new class and you could swear you've seen your classmate before but you've never met them. You pass a bakery and the scent evokes something in you that you can't quite place. You have memories that you shouldn't have of a life you didn't live. But what if you had? What if those memories were real? Someone you meet on the street may have been your friend, family, lover. When you see them, will you remember? Will it take time for the memories to filter back or will they strike you all at once? Do you even want to remember? How are you going to deal with past joys, traumas, passions, hurts? Do you remember how you died? Does it haunt you at night? Are your relationship dynamics changed? How are you going to navigate this new life?

• Top level your character. Include any details you might think are relevant. Or don't. As always, we're not the cops.
• Reply to other people's top levels!
• Have fun!
