tl;dr sparknotes this because we want to get to the meme: Sentinels and guides had a baby with YA dystopian lit. After a near extinction level cataclysm, people began to develop abilities that fall into two categories: Powered (sentinel/warrior) and Source (guide/healer). Their true powers are only revealed when they find their one genetically compatible match. A shadow government kidnaps these individuals, puts them into lifebonds, trains them for combat, then sends them out in teams to do all the dirty work. Codependency, mind-bonding, unhealthy love, and bloody murder probably ensue.

  • In the subject line, place your character name, canon, preferences, and whether your character will be a Powered, Source, or either.

  • What will your character be doing? Being a late bloomer and only now meeting their partner? Training? On a mission? Enjoying some rare down time? Comforting their partner? Doesn't everyone like to be pampered and spoiled? You could certainly understand the desire. How about receiving the benefits of experience and knowledge...through someone else, someone older than you and more distinguished? Be good, then, and you'll be rewarded. Be bad - well, remember: a punishment isn't off the table for someone with your youth.

They're so young - yet so, so tempting. But you know what they say. The more forbidden the fruit, the sweeter the juice. They're absolutely off-limits. And wouldn't you love to taste them, no matter if you feel guilty or not? Look at yourself. Do you feel like a pervert? This person could be an outlier, or maybe you've always had a weakness, even if you didn't realize it before. At least you can take care of them like few others chasing after them could. You know exactly what they want and need.

  • Is there an age gap? Is this actually illegal? It could be kink play, though, or characters acting older and younger.
  • Please note that there also doesn't need to be daddy kink "play" if you don't want it. There could just be an older/younger or an inexperienced/refined dynamic. Just be sure to clarify how heavy or light you'd prefer to go.

TRIBUTE TO THE GODS
( an AU smut meme )

From the beginning of time, people have worshipped the gods of their choosing by offering sacrifices. The reasons - forgiveness, for good fortune, a prosperous crop season- varied, as did the mode of showing such reverence. In some cultures, a simple feast would suffice. In others, those nations more prone to violence and warfare, blood was called for.

Now, the gods once again call for bodies to be offered, but no entrails will be spilt. Instead, they ask for carnal pleasure. Why they need sex, no one knows. Whether it be for entertainment, to inspire fealty, or even in order to keep their powers, they require tribute all the same. Often, "younger" gods will need more sacrifices and more followers, while more established and older gods become known for individualized sex acts and habits. For the mortals, not only is being given by your people a great honor, but being a sex tribute to the gods has its perks. Pleasing a god will win extra special blessings, and, tales say, some gods will fall in love with their partners and keep them by their side, an action that means bestowing immortality.

So, where does your character fall in all this? Are they a mortal? A god? This is an AU, so all characters can be twisted into gods, somehow: ie, the Starks from GoT could be primal, barbarian winter gods while the Homestuck trolls could be elder gods from the outer rim of space. Is the sacrifice consensual, or is there a reluctant human or a god who wishes they didn't have to bother involved? Most importantly, is the sex good enough to earn benefit for all?

If you're AUing your character into being a god, feel free to include some details like what their element or domain would be, family matters/pantheons, if they're young/old, how they feel about the whole tribute process, what they especially like, what it's like to outlive lovers, if they have worshippers, their nature in general, and etc. Go nuts and have fun.

Let's face it. Some people are just more worldly than others. That's not necessarily a bad thing; sometimes, when you're involved with that person, teaching them new things can be fun! Of course, you may feel a bit guilty, sometimes, depending on the situation...

A bit like you're corrupting them, actually.

This meme is concerned with the idea of sexually corrupting, though some of the ideas here are more liberal uses of the phrase. There are two categories: Sweet and Sour. "Sweet" is more tame, such as introducing a virginal character to sex, mild kink between two consenting parties when one party is less experienced, getting a tight-laced person to loosen up, bringing dirty talk into your lovemaking with your usually prim and proper lover, and so on. "Sour," on the other hand, is more intense and involves the darker kinks usually associated with corruption: slutification, bimboization, feminization, turning someone evil via brainwashing, etc. Basically, there's enough for all.

It's fairly simple, but one more thing before we begin that is very important. Often times in these sort of memes, we have the "pillow queening" phenomenon where basically everyone wants to get their character corrupted and no one wants to do the actually corrupting, usually using the excuse that their character is "too nice/too kind/not capable/too moral." THAT IS NOT AN EXCUSE ON THIS MEME!! For the Sweet options, literally anyone can be a corrupter; a Disney prince can introduce his virginal Disney princess girlfriend to sex, or a moe girl can try to get her stoic boyfriend to be more affectionate. And for Sour? Well, there are options there that can provide for already-corrupted or alignment switches, thus making it applicable. In short, ALL characters should be able to be sexually corrupted (unless already in that state by canon) OR the corruptor. Obviously, I can't enforce this, but please. For the benefit of everyone, don't be a passive pillow queen. Feel free to play with how your character would feel about corrupting someone, ie aroused, guilty, both, something else.

HOW TO PLAY
-Comment with your character, stating preferences and all that.
-Be open as to whether you want Sweet, Sour, or both. Be honest, please! The more upfront communication, the better.
-Comment to others using the RNG or whatever you usually do.

The person you love is in trouble! They could be in danger or perhaps even captured, but no matter what, no one can keep you away from them for long. Be careful, though, and don't lose your head and make foolish mistakes out of passion. Remember, your loved one will be counting on you, and that may include for more than just being saved. Rescuing is a long process.

Your rescuer (or your rescued, as the case may be) isn't someone you've met before; they could be doing it out of the goodness of their hearts, for a mission, or even completely selfishly, as you'll be valuable to them. Still, they've come to free you from your prison or your most perilous of situations. While this is happening, it may be easy for emotions to run high...and feelings to burst from behind the scenes. As you ideally work together to get to safety and avoid getting caught while participating in deadly chases, you realize something problematic: you're falling for the person you've rescued or the person who rescued you.

Somebody saved your hide from certain destruction - problem is, you have no idea who they are! In your mind, however, you've started to get all kinds of ideas about them. What are they like? Well, surely they have to be this way or that way. They're most likely a saint! Oh, it's as if your heart is aflutter when you think of them. You'll stop at nothing to find out where they are. But once you do, can the real them ever live up to what you imagined?

You've always been lonely, as long as you can remember. Perhaps its your appearance that drives other aways, your attitude, your personality, your dangerous lifestyle or even your circumstances beyond your control. By your own design or no, out of necessity or not, all that matters is you've never had a true companion, not really.

Until you meet another freak, someone else incredibly different...someone who also wants to stay with you.

The circumstances, good or bad, under which you met don't matter, because you're not alone anymore. In fact, this person makes you want to look past any self-loathing or low self-esteem you may have and be better. At least they do on some level. Why they care, you don't entirely know. One thing is for certain, however: you'll do anything to keep them safe and by your side. Your situation may just come in handy, for once.
