A] Partners in crime: you two are planning a heist or mid bank robbery or peeling out into the night.
B] Partners against crime: you two are on the side of the law and getting on with stopping such heists/robberies/escape attempts.
C] Partners about crime: you're on opposite sides of the cop/criminal divide, but you're teaming up for something greater than yourselves (be it justice or cold hard cash).

CRIME
1] Robbery: stealing via force or threat or fear.
2] Burglary: illegal entry into a building for the purposes of committing theft.
3] Grand theft auto: stealing a motor vehicle.
4] Conspiracy: agreement between two or more persons to break the law at some time in the future.
5] Fraud: intentional deception made for personal gain.
6] Wildcard: whip out your law dictionary, spin to a page, and pick a crime.
