Massage Meme
Everyone could use a good massage now and again right? Well it's time to let you characters lay back and relax-- or maybe treat someone else to a little skin therapy. ;) Break out the oils and scented candles, it's time for a good rub down.
How to play:
❧ POST with your character (list their name & canon in the subject if you please)
❧ Others can reply giving the massage or recieving it.
❧ Use RNG to pick from the numbers below, or pick your numbers, or make something up!
❧ Have fun!
Type
001. Shoulder and Neck - the basic of the basic. Perhaps a strained shoulder, been sitting too long at their desk. Or maybe something even more strenuous. However, it's time to work out all those accumulated kinks.
002. Foot - It's time to give those yapping dogs a rest and treat them to a little TLC.
003. Hand - Hey don't forget about the hands, overworked constantly they could use a bit of a break.
004. Arm - Time to loosen up a bit and rub out those arm muscles.
005. Leg - Perhaps you're looking for something a bit more specific and intimate. Calve massage? Thigh? It's your choice.
006. Back - Considered a coup de grace of massage, the back massage, when done right, can bring extreme relief to those who receive it.
007. Scalp - Wanna feel those tingles down your spine? Maybe a little oil to help add health to the hair?
008. Full Body - Maybe it’s not just a specific area you want treated, but your entire body.
009. Wild Card - Anyway you want it. Mix and match, maybe I forgot something you want.

001. Friend - getting a massage from a friend can be a wonderful bonding experience. And exacerbate already existing tensions ;D
002. Lover - Whether a show of care or a prelude to something more intimate, a massage from a lover is a very welcome thing.

Something really ugly happened in this community which has resulted in the banning of a player (apparently long overdue) and several sock accounts that were harassing that player. This is a thing that has blown up in our report post and got really nasty. The entire issue on Bakerstreet could have been resolved a lot sooner had someone, anyone, come to us sooner.
The thing I'm really taking away from this is that until today, no one came to us directly about problems with this player, instead choosing to take matters into their own hands and harass that player instead. As a mod, that really upsets me. I understand that a lot of people just decide not to bother reporting issues to mods, but we literally have zero power to help you if you do not come to us with a concern. And while I can't speak for1800 and kostinaya, I know I personally really want to help if your are having issues in our community.
Please come to me if there is something that is concerning you and I will do my best to help.

| Hardly anyone in the world would accuse you of being a romantic; they may not even think you're capable of love, whether it's because you're so cold, so unfeeling, a bad person, too shy, uninterested in a certain person, or just an emotionally constipated wo/manchild. Even if they could, on a cool day in hell, see you in a relationship, the other person would definitely have to be the pursuer. You're about to prove everyone wrong and make the first move. The act can be...well, an act, a gesture, an admission, or a gift, something nice like flowers or the skull of your mutual enemies. You know, anything to let them know how you feel and that you'll be pursuing them. ...you do know how to pursue someone, don't you?

VIRTUAL REALITY MEME
(Welcome to the Holodeck)
Virtual Reality is the future of entertainment. You can go anywhere at the click of a button, do anything your heart desires, and all without actually leaving the comfort and safety of your home. Just remember that eventually you need to come back to the real world.

- Your post can be anything at all, but it has to somehow deal with a VR experience (examples below)
1) Trial run - this is someone's first time using VR, you're either showing them the ropes or being shown yourself. Make sure you take your motion sickness tablets before hand and don't get too carried away.
2) Fantasy - it's all an illusion so take advantage of that and live out a few fantasies. Maybe you've always wanted to live under the ocean? Or fight dragons with a friend? Maybe this is a good time to explore being a unicorn or a mermaid? Or maybe this is just your one chance to walk again after a crippling accident. Whatever your fantasy is, it's possible with VR.
3) Training - VR isn't all about fun and games. Sometimes it's the best way to train soldiers or police, emergency workers or astronauts. It's all part of the job.
4) Virtual Porn - as if you were surprised
5) Health Risks - with all new technology comes some potential risks. What happens when those who plug in can't plug back out? What would VR hacking look like? If you die in the simulation, do you die in real life?
