Be it ever so humble, there's no place like home. You're going to get to learn that truth all over again, because you and your significant other are getting a place together! Or you're moving into their place, whichever is more applicable. At any rate, the house/apartment/hole in the ground is new to somebody. Whether it's a dream home or not, there's still so much to do! You have to find the perfect furniture, make sure your drapes match your bedspread, spend some time getting comfortable and all your things in the right thing...

...and have sex. Lots and lots of sex with your lover to break in the new place. After all, you're feeling pretty domestic, and there's no better way to keep your domicile a happy one than keeping up that physical intimacy.

Not true for you two; friendship and romance intermingle in your relationship, and to be honest, it's hard to discern where one ends and the other begins. You're bosom buddies. There's a spark between you. You're lovers, too, maybe, or it could be completely innocent. You're love interests. You're intimate, you're close, you're ride or die. You don't understand why romantic and platonic can't coexist. You don't need labels.

Ideally, a team works like a well-oiled machine, with all the cogs existing in harmony. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that two team members hating each other could easily lead to disaster. But have you ever considered the consequences of two team members liking each other...too much? Love or attraction can be a dangerous force, even when you're on the same side. Can you both be professional? Or is this a reason somebody needs to make a "no intra-team dating" rule?

  • "Team" is pretty loose here. Superhero team, sports team, debate team, #squadgoals, I don't care.
  • Just comment with your preferences and reply to others.

You're cursed. Whether it's metaphorical, a destroyed life that has brought you to bitterness, or quite literal, there seems to be no escape. Keyword, of course, is seems. There actually is a way to break it, and as cliche as it sounds, it's simple: true love. You must be loved selflessly and love selflessly in return. This could shatter the hold on you or cure the darkness of your heart.

Yet just when you'd given up, someone comes into your life and turns it upside down. Though things may be rocky at first, you realize soon enough that there's something there that wasn't there before. Your walls begin to come down and your heart begins to soften.

Still, is this wise? Do they really love you the way you love them, or will you get hurt once again? Will their affection be enough to break the curse...and can you let them go once you've found them?

Treehouse Meme  


Your character is now the owner of a bitchin' treehouse! Give a quick description and/or a link to an image of what it's like. How many people can it hold? Does it just have the bare necessities, or is it decked out in enough gadgets to make Tony Stark proud? Invite your friends, or visit others. Feel free to age down characters for kid shenanigans.

Need a scenario?

PARTY!: You're throwing a wild party in your brand-new treehouse. Anything from a pizza party to a wild kegger.

SECRET CLUB!: You're having a secret meeting, and it's invitation only. You need to know the password to get in. No Homers Allowed. What sort of club is it? Or maybe you want to break in on someone else's meeting. It's not fair that they won't let you in!

INVASION!: Another treehouse group is plotting a takeover! You better defend yourselves, or get ready to take over that lousy club next door.

SLEEPOVER! Get into your sleeping bag, gather 'round a lantern to swap scary stories. Or maybe you want to cuddle up to that special someone on a cool fall night.

BUILDING! Your treehouse is still a work in progress. What are you adding to it? Maybe someone can come along to hinder help get it ready.

ALONE TIME! You're hiding in your treehouse, minding your own business and totally not reading dirty magazines, when someone crashes in on your fun.

WILDCARD! Whatever else you can think of!
