Seven Masters, magi of the present day. Seven Servants, heroes of days past.One Holy Grail, granting whomever claims it a wish. Only one team of Master and Servant may claim it.
Who will it be?
For those unfamiliar with Fate/Stay Night or Fate/Zero, you can find a better explanation of the Holy Grail War here. (Note: The Holy Grail War in Fate/EXTRA functions in a dramatically different way, and one not followed for purposes of this meme.)

Instructions
1. Comment with your character. In the subject line, put that character's name, canon, and which role (Master, Servant, or either) you would like them to fulfill. Add other preferences if you would like. (NOTE: If your character can fill the role of Servant, I suggest you state which class(es) -- Saber, Lancer, Archer, Rider, Caster, Assassin, or Berserker -- they fall into.)
2. Reply to others' comments. Pick your character's role (and the other character's if they list "Either" as their preference), then use the RNG to pick a scenario that fits the two characters' roles.
3. Enjoy! Though there might be triggers, depending on how the prompts are interpreted.

Anime has some unique tropes when it comes to romance, perhaps because of the setting or the culture in which the medium comes out of. However, these days, some of these conventions have become familiar and prominent - both in anime focusing on romance AND in the more general fare. This meme is for playing out those in all their wonderful, strange, romantic, touching, or sometimes over-the-top and cheesy elements.

By no means is this meme only for anime characters or for characters in Japanese setting. Everything here is generalized enough to apply to just about anything. I would love to see any sort of character here, because come on. No matter what you play, you have to love some romance.

Non-Sexual Ownership Meme



Not all slavery is sexual -- and not all ownership is slavery. Whether the person "owned" has consented to the arrangement or not, this is a meme for playing out the platonic side of power imbalance.


Categories::

A. True slavery. Whether you live in a world in which you can legally purchase another person or you've sidestepped the law, this person belongs to you whether they like it or not.

B. Pet ownership. Who doesn't like owning a pet? Curmudgeons, that's who. And what better pet than one that really understands everything you say?

C. Dealership. You're in the business of buying and selling. Maybe you even train your wares to increase their value.

D. Play-acting. You don't really own this person, but both of you like to pretend that you do. Maybe it's a romantic relationship and maybe it's not, but either way you'll enjoy the lifestyle together.

E. Other?


Prompts:

1. New purchase. You're quite literally in the market. Who will catch your eye -- and will they be as happy to meet their new owner as you are to meet them?

2. Training. Even the most willing pet or slave needs instruction. As for the unwilling…well, a good trainer has their methods.

3. Get to work! You got this person for a reason, right? Set them to work, whether it's cleaning your house, providing you with entertainment, or anything else you can imagine.

4. TLC. Just because you own this person doesn't mean you don't care about them -- just the opposite, actually. They're hurt or sick, and it's up to you as owner to make sure they get the care they need, whether at home or at the veterinarian's office.

5. Walkies. You might be taking your pet for a stroll, or perhaps you just want your slave to carry your bags at the mall.

6. Show time. It's time for your pet or slave to strut their stuff for the conformation judges or show off their talents a la dog show…or for slave wranglers to show off their skills a la rodeo.

7. Happy at home. What's your day to day life like with a slave to take care of your needs or a sapient pet to keep you company? Think mealtime, leisure activities, daily grooming, and so on.

8. Runaway. It seems someone wasn't so willing. Will you catch the runaway, or let them slip through your fingers?

9. Liberation. Whether by legal means or no, you've taken it upon yourself to free the slaves of the world. Just be careful you don't get caught and enslaved yourself!

10. Other?

Everyone has their limit.  Everyone has a line they don't want to cross.  But sometimes it's hard to tell where those lines are until you find yourself right up against them.  That's where safe words come in handy.

They can words of special significance to both parties, or as simple as Green, Yellow, Red.  Whatever they are, it's what happens after they're said that really matters.

How To Play

1.  comment with your characters
2.  include preferences as well as a listing of what kind of scenario would cause your character to 'safe out' of  a scene.  remember, submissive partners aren't the only ones that get to use their safewords.  both partners have the right to stop the scene if they need to.
3.  play out the consequences, whether it be some form of aftercare, a serious discussion or renegotiation of the scene, etc.
