- How to play
- Post your character with their name and canon in the subject line. You can also give your preferences if you do/don't want to thread anything R-rated or above.
- When replying, go to RNG and roll numbers 1-2 to get a scenario type, then 1-16 to select a scenario.
- Play out that scenario! Please respect others' wishes if they don't want to play out a particular scene.
1 ♜ manipulation
01. Mind games. You're messing with this person's head, using whatever you know about them to your advantage. Words are barbs, and everyone has a weakness.
02. Stay close to me. You're not letting this person out of your sight. And you don't care what extreme measures you have to go to in order to do it.
03. Blackmail. You know something and you're not afraid to use it against them. Now they have to do what you want.
04. Love makes you do things. It's because you love them that you're making them do this. If they truly loved you, wouldn't they do as you say?
05. For your own good. It doesn't matter what the other person wants. You know what's best, and you're going to force it on them whether they like it or not.
06. Break you down. You're going to make the other person think they're worthless. Crush their self-esteem, break them until they're entirely helpless.
07. Betrayal. You made a promise, and you broke it. Or perhaps you betrayed this person's trust. It's all part of gaining the upper hand.
08. Lies, lies, lies. Fool the other person with words and you'll have them wrapped around your finger in no time.
09. Sob story. A little bit of emotional manipulation never hurt anyone, right? You're going to use this person's feelings for you against them. Make them feel sorry!
10. In your debt. Look, you saved them. The other person wouldn't be here without you. They should show some gratitude.
11. I need you. You're depending on the other person to do as you say. They're the only one who can help.
12. Turn up the charm. There's nothing like a bit of good old-fashioned flirting to get someone eating out of your hand.
13. Negotiating. There's a bargain to be struck, if only you can find the right words – and the right leverage.
14. For my sake. Why should they do as you say? Because you're the one asking.
15. The truth. It's the thing that hurts most of all.
16. Your choice. Combine any of the above scenarios or choose your own! It's up to you.
2 ♜ mastery
01. Pretty little puppet. You can command this person at will. They're a plaything, to do with as you please.
02. You're mine. You own this person, and you're going to make sure they know it.
03. No escape. Maybe you've locked the other person up somewhere, maybe you've got them in chains. Either way, they're not going anywhere.
04. Put in your place. That's it. The other person made one too many caustic comments, got in your way one last time. Now you're going to show them who's boss.
05. Force of strength. Nothing like a good old fashioned brawl to really prove who's stronger.
06. Cornered. Finally, you've got them alone. This is the moment you've been waiting for – and perhaps the moment they've been dreading.
07. Turning the tables. They thought they'd won, but here's your chance! Maybe it's time to give them a taste of their own medicine, or maybe you have a new trick up your sleeve.
08. Punishment. The other person has done something wrong, or maybe just something you don't like. Now you're going to punish them.
09. Back and forth. I have a laser gun! Well, I have a lightsaber! Whatever it is, you're closely matched and trying to outdo each other.
10. Make them beg. You hold all the power and whatever it is they want or need, you're going to make them beg for it.
11. Call my bluff. You're making claims you can't back up. Can you bluff your way out of this, or will the other person catch on?
12. Time to pay. The other person owes you, and it's time for them to pay up.
13. Show of dominance. You're not actually going to hurt this person. You're just going to show them that you could.
14. The most precious thing. Whatever is most important to the other person, you're going to take it away. Because you can.
15. Consequences. You warned them. They failed, and now they're going to pay the price.
16. Your choice. Combine any of the above scenarios or choose your own! It's up to you.

if mildly disconcerting to see that kind of tearful look on a face that appears so much like his own, and his smile stretches a little wider, feeling smug. It's what he deserves after all, for dragging him around like this and delaying his plans. Then the screaming starts, and Psyche is throwing himself at him, arms wrapping around him and causing Izaya to stumble back just a little with the force of the collision. The rocking and the kicking sets in soon after, and now Izaya is left to fully face the flaw in his plan. His free hand curl around Psyche's arm as he attempts to push the other away from him, but how far can you push someone who's chained to you by the wrist]
Stop making such a scene, I didn't say I hate you!
no subject
You meant it! Y-You... You-- [CUE THE HEAVING WAILS.]
no subject
How did he end up getting himself into this mess :|
He attempts to keep hold of Psyche in an effort to calm him and make the flailing stop]
Ah, I didn't mean it, I was just teasing, okay? I don't hate you, Psyche-kun. Just stop it, you're hurting me.
[Maybe that would make him stop?]
no subject
Really? You mean it? That wasn't a funny joke.
no subject
I mean it. Now how about you let me up?
[Given that he doesn't have much hope of getting to his feet again while Psyche is clinging to him as tightly as a creeping vine]
no subject
[He needs to snuggle Izaya on the ground to ensure that the standerbys will watch and gossip about this later. Once he spots somebody tucking their cellphone into their pocket after, presumably, recording the ordeal, he snaps up. He doesn't wait for Izaya to catch his footing before yanking him again.]
Okay, all done! Hey, Iza-chan, you don't hate me, right? So that means you like me, right? So we can do something I want to do, right?
no subject
He let's out a sharp, inadvertent yelp as Psyche suddenly jumps to his feet, dragging Izaya along with him, and he's rubbing his aching wrist when the other asks his question. His eyes narrow a little in suspicion]
That depends. What do you want to do?
no subject
I'm bored! Let's go! Let's go!
no subject
He huffs irritably but allows himself to be propelled forward, keeping closer to Psyche now in an effort to avoid being yanked along too harshly]
So it's fine to act on your boredom while mine is ignored? That's a little less than kind of you, Psyche-kun. [He's muttering, but loud enough for the other to hear] Are you going to tell me where we're heading?
no subject
[Psyche smirks to himself, knowing full well what answer Izaya will give. Through a series of small alleyways, it seems that Psyche is headed toward the shopping district. All in good, all in good time. At least Izaya is keeping up and he doesn't have to tug his wrist until it's raw to hurry him along.]
Cheer up, Iza-chan. It's a surprise!
no subject
...I suppose not.
[His wrist is already feeling a little raw, though this encourages him to keep pace now, walking level with his double rather than being dragged along behind]
I'm not sure your idea of a good surprise is going to tally well with mine, Psyche-kun.
no subject
[A few twists and turns and... Not long after, they arrive at a reasonably trendy shop. Look at all those fine winter jackets. A white mink one in the window obviously ensnares Psyche's attention though a mannequin displays an identical one in black right beside it. He shoves the cuff back and forth excitedly, clearly the only way he knows how to capture Izaya's attention for sure, and points to it with his free hand.]
Aren't they pretty? It looks so warm... I want a new one.
[He sighs dreamily and bats his lashes at the display.]
no subject
He takes his eyes away from the coats in order to shoot the other man a glare as he begins shaking the cuffs, and Izaya's wrist along with it, and while he's quite aware of what Psyche is getting at he merely shrugs his shoulders dismissively]
So buy it then. Though I have to wonder how you intend to put it on if we're going to stay chained together like this indefinitely.
no subject
[He traces along his arm with a fingertip in the style he's envisioning.]
But it might look messy if it's just me so that's why I thought you could start wearing white! Let's go try it on!
[HUFF HUFF. Into the store we go. Psyche clamors in but his original intention is practically lost as he fawns over all the different coats.]
no subject
He allows himself to be pulled into the store, still making an effort to keep up to avoid further damage to his wrist. He shows no enthusiasm as the other man fawns over the coats; he may have felt a little more inclined towards it if the situation was less irritating]
I'm not going to start wearing white, I'm satisfied with my own personal preferences, thank you.
[He'd suggest that it wouldn't suit him, but the evidence of the untruth in that is currently chained to his wrist]
no subject
[He flips through the racks, picking out the first white coat. Apparently Psyche presumes Izaya needs to start cosplaying Cruella de Vil.]
Oooh, Iza-chan! Try this one on!
no subject
I hate it. How about you stick with choosing something for yourself.
no subject
But it looks really warm and imagine what it'll look like when you're wearing it! C'mon, try it! Please? Don't you like me? Won't you try it on? Please, Iza-chan? It's just a coat! Really quick and then you can take it off! Okay?
no subject
Still, he shakes his head stubbornly, refusing to be swayed]
No. If you want to try something, put it on yourself. It's bad enough you got me into this situation to begin with, if you want to play dress-up I suggest you buy a doll.
no subject
[Though the prospect of an Izaya doll would creep even Psyche out, honestly. He holds the coat up, the metal clicking as he yanks up the joined wrist, and shuts one eye to get a look of how it might drape. He gasps but the jury is still debating whether that's from trying to stifle a snort or for the sake of anticipation.]
Oh! It's perfect! You should see yourself!
no subject
No. You're becoming tiresome again, now put it back and let's look at the one you came in for, shall we?
no subject
[While Izaya is holding that coat, Psyche flaps one sleeve over Izaya's arm. He hums agreeably at the sight but slaps one hand over his mouth before he snorts. After a deep breath, he resumes.]
See? It's not so bad!
no subject
Ah, Psyche-kun, don't make me repeat myself.
no subject
Or what?
no subject
Or I'll drag you home with me and you can sit quietly and watch me do paperwork all evening.
[Though keeping him quiet would no doubt be a trial. Gag him, maybe? It certainly doesn't seem like such a bad idea right now]
