PICNIC MEME Ahh, what a beautiful day. The sun is shining, the flying animals of your choice are making their noises, and the sky is, presumably, as blue as can be. Finally, a break from this awful weather! And you know what else? It's a perfect day for a picnic with your honey (or hopefully soon-to-be honey). There's nothing quite as romantic as a well-executed picnic, so if you want to make an impression or just have a good time, break out the food under the shade of a tree. The best part is that a picnic can be as unique as you two are: a beautiful spread on top of a blanket, burgers grabbed from the drive-through and eaten with your legs dangling from the backseat, or a hearty meal of venison one of you hunted while you sit on the bodies of your enemies. All that's required is to enjoy the food and the peaceful time together. Of course, just because the idea is romantic doesn't mean it has to play out exactly that way. Maybe this is your first date and both of you are worried about what will come next - or one of you doesn't realize this is a date. Maybe one of you was dragged here against your will. Hey, have you heard about that swarm of Africanized killer bees? I hope they don't ruin your day. Isn't that your romantic rival? They're challenging you to a duel? Personal hygiene is just that - personal. By the time we've come to a point in our lives where we notice that the concept exists and we should be prudent about it, we can take care of ourselves. There are also many practical reasons why we don't involve other people in this process. We're not too keen on showing off parts to be cleaned that are private in most contexts, and there's definitely an ingrained aversion to showing so much soft, fleshy skin. Hot water or a sharp razor could spell dangerous with a capital D should they come into the hands of someone with a vendetta against you. No need to be extra vulnerable.
So, if you're involving another person in your cleansing routines, it must be someone you trust. Not only that, but it's most likely someone you're comfortable with and likely at least somewhat open to being intimate with. You may not be dropping all your clothing in front of them, but it's still you opening yourself up to touching and closeness unparalleled in more "usual" moments.
Established and burgeoning couples (or not-so-couples) can bond through this showing of care and good faith. Will you like being pampered and find the attention endearing? Or will things go terribly, terribly wrong?

Sexy Superhero Meme
MEANWHILE, AT THE HALL OF LUST-US...
Those rippling pectoral muscles. The barely-there leather and latex costumes. All that power. No, I'm not talking about the hot new BDSM bar; I'm talking superheroes. We know them, we love them, and some of us lust after them. But now, you (yes, you) get to join their ranks, if you weren't already a part of them.
You now have your own set of powers/skills, a code name to protect you secret or not-so-secret identity, a cool costume, and an angsty backstory, if applicable. But remember, there are plenty of different kinds of superheroes. Your powers could come from a transformation like or use of a Henshin Device like that of many Magical Girls. Perhaps you're the lone protector of Fucktopolis, with only your nubile young "ward" by your side. On the other hand, you could work for the government as an agent of S.L.U.T. in order to keep the world safe. Or anywhere in between. There's safety and power in numbers, however, and you'd do well to remember this and join up with your own team/league/alliance/council/super friends.
But maybe you're not a hero at all. You might just be a villain. After all, all those meatheads in Halloween costumes need someone to keep things interesting, right? No matter what your goal may be, from world domination to domination of your superhero nemesis in every way possible, you're going to do it well and do it with style.
★ This meme is for anything vaguely sexy and super, like teammates/partners with a lot of UST getting it on, hero/villain sex, team orgies, and so on.
★ "But my character isn't from a superhero canon/doesn't have powers/isn't the sort to prance around in costume!" NO EXCUSES. Everyone can play by AU-ing their character into this post's world. You can be as simple or complex as you want, from just leaving a blank comment and playing by ear to posting info about your AU character (code name, powers, costume even, whatever you'd like) to make things easier to tag.
