You weren't exactly sure you managed to score an invite to this. Maybe you know the host, maybe you knew a friend of a friend. But either way, you manage to get an invite to the most bitchin’ house party of the year. The vibes here are already pretty good, and the smell of marijuana smoke fills the house to an extent that would almost bother you if you weren't already so accustomed to it.
There's a heavy amount of beer and cigarettes already in the place, and you can already see a couple partygoers freely lighting up joints within the house. For some of you, this might be okay, but it also wouldn't be difficult to get anything harder.
Although it was unspoken, it was pretty obvious exactly what this party was going to turn into. It was obvious enough by the amount of furniture scattered about - beanbag chairs, sheets, pillows, the occasional mattress pilfered from secondhand stores. It doesn't take a genius to see that people here are intending on getting close to one another, in both a physical sense, and in an enlightened one.
