The (possibly AU) Sibling Incest Meme
Incest is, despite its taboo nature in most societies, actually a pretty popular convention in both romantic fiction and works of a more erotic bent, in everything from period or fantasy pieces to series taking place in places like modern day Japan. Still, the most common configuration in these fictions are the pairing of siblings. Perhaps this is because of the usual lack of age difference and power dynamic that exists in child/adult relative pairings, though this is not always the case. Because of this, a sexual or romantic relationship between siblings can almost seem, well, romantic in the right light. Of course, more often than not, there's a dark side under the veneer of forbidden love.

There are undoubtedly moments in our lives that define us, no matter how crystal clear or hazy or memories of those times are. In the case of hazy recollections, it's more likely than you'd think. How strange it its that one inconsequential, in the grand scheme of things, event can change the course you take...not always so seriously or dramatically, of course. You can't remember why you don't like soup; in actuality, you burned your tongue badly on chicken soup at one point, long ago. You'd forgotten, but your mind and body didn't. More weighty traumas that you've unknowingly pushed back can work in much the same way. You shy away from using scissors as you feel a shiver run down your spine, not necessarily as you remember blood gushing from toddler-sized fingers when you played with the big-kid scissors and cut yourself. Still, there is a connection and it keeps you "safe" through past experience. The consciousness is amazing in that way, constantly making associations that, for better or worse, shape how we view the world around us, though we may not always recall what brought us those views. In this meme, however, there's no way this particular association - a special person, being around them, and your happiness - can go unnoticed, and you know the exact cause. In fact, you can track down the exact moment: this person came to you when you were low, perhaps even at your lowest. Like some guardian angel, they showed you kindness, they turned your world right side up again, they gave you a helping hand, or they granted you your life when they could have taken it. Perhaps it was something as simple as not treating you like trash. At that particular time, what they did meant everything. Whether you see your response to this as a welling up of true love or merely you owing them a debt, what you feel towards them cannot be measured. Even if you're usually as warm as a giant block of ice with a black heart, you have feelings towards them you can't quite understand. If you're emotional at the best of times, you'll most likely be completely overcome. Whatever the case may be, what you know for certain is that you want to stay with this and feel that lightness in your heart. Depending on what other associations you've made and how you've figured the world works for you, this desire could lead to actions going smoothly or terribly, terribly wrong and creepy.  ❝Best Friends to More❞ Everyone needs a friend, no matter if you want to admit it or not. It's nice to have a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold, a mind to compliment yours...or an ear to whisper terrible and rude things into, if the case may be. Whether you're bosom buddies since way back or people who were forced together and are only lately tolerating each other, you're - relatively - thick as thieves with this person. No one is closer to you than them (which could be pretty sad, all things considered). The problem? Somehow, platonic feelings have morphed into ones that are decidedly more complicated. But hey, isn't it natural you'd want to be even closer to them? Somehow, someway, these feelings have come bubbling up, through calculated confession or through accident. That cat can't be put back in the bag, so you'll have to face the consequences. Are the sentiments shared by both parties? Will you want to keep your relationship status as "friends," or will you want to become more serious? What happens if it gets awkward between you two - can't you just go back to how you were?

Size kink is a kink or preference for a distinct difference in size, height, musculature or weight between two sexual partners. It isn't too unusual for two people in a relationship to be of different sizes, be it height or weight or anything else of that nature; after all, it'd probably be more strange to see two people together with the exact same "specs," so to speak. What are the odds? Still, the difference isn't always pronounced. Except, sometimes, when it is. Some people find the difference cute or charming, while others are not such big fans. Whatever the case may be, there are benefits and drawbacks, all the same. Mostly because I'm surprised we've never had this kind of meme before. We love high school AUs. We love romance. Why not combine those into a glorious mix?
Your teen years are important, formatively speaking. You're trying to find out just where you belong and what kind of person you're going to be. This already daunting task is complicated by the soul-sucking demon known as high school. If you weren't having a hard time before coming here, you certainly are now.
Add into this mixture raging hormones, and baby, you've got a misery stew cooking. But it's not all bad! Sometimes high school crushes can be sweet, and the occasional high school relationship lasts.
So whether you're too cool or distracted for romance or always on to the next good looking stud, come on down and try to navigate the romantic labyrinth that is the halls of Bakerstreet High.
