THE RANDOM SCENARIO MEME 3.0

- Post your character, name, and series in the subject. Include any preferences as well.
- Go to RNG and enter 1-7 for a scene type, and 1-20 for a scene to play out.

TYPE OF SCENE.
① Action → Gun fights, bar brawls, fights to the death are all possible scenarios.
② Angst → Characters suffer emotionally or physically from relationships breaking up, death, injury, etc. Hurt and comfort themes are included.
③ Crack → Genderswaps, super powers, sudden compulsions are all possible outcomes.
④ Fluff → Something that is devoid of angst. It's light-hearted and might have the overtone of romance.
⑤ Gen → General fun, things that didn't fit in the other categories.
⑥ Sex → First times, kinks, even dubcon are all possible themes of sex related scenarios.
⑦ Your choice → Think of your own scenario, choose one of the above or make a combo even!

ACTION.
① Zombies → It's the zombie apocalypse, lock and load!
② Bar brawl → You had one too many drinks, said something wrong, and now you're being asked to take it outside.
③ Chase → You're caught in a high speed chase.
④ Gun fight → You're caught in a big shoot-out.
⑤ Fight with a friend → You're fighting with a friend, all out.
⑥ Interrogation → You're being interrogated for some offense you've done.
⑦ Aliens → Aliens are attacking and you're not going to take your probe laying down!
⑧ Final battle → This is it. The battle that will end all the fighting for you. Will you win? Will you get that peace you want?
⑨ Training → You're not actually fighting, just training for the inevitable.
⑩ No hope → You know this fight has no hope. It's not going to end well for anyone involved, but you can't turn away.
⑪ Sneaking in → You're stealing a diamond or sneaking in to kick some bad guy butt, but whatever it is, you have to practice stealth.
⑫ Blue wire → You're faced with a bomb that needs to be disarmed.
⑬ Fight for honor → You've been disgraced or someone you care about has, so it's time to fight for honour.
⑭ Showdown → Time for a cowboy-style showdown. Whoever draws the fastest wins.
⑮ War → You're caught in the middle of a war here. Remember to keep your chin up and keeping fighting.
⑯ Apocalypse → The apocalypse finally happened and now you're left to scavenge and fight for whatever is left.
⑰ Sabotage → It's time to sabotage someone's plan! How is entirely up to you. Do you set up a bomb in their toilet? Do you double cross them at the last minute?
⑱ Big damn hero → You know you have to handle this one alone, so that means disarming or knocking unconscious the person who wants to join you.
⑲ Fight club → You know the rules... you're in an underground fighting ring and you're fighting with all you've got.
⑳ Threaten → You've just been sent here to rough them up a little, threaten them into behaving.

ANGST.
① Injury / illness → Your character has become injured or ill! To what extent is the mun's choice.
② Last moments → You character has been gravely injured and this is their last chance to say their last words.
③ Depression → Your character is depressed, what actions they take is up to the mun.
④ Betrayed → You character has been betrayed by the other. How do they react?
⑤ Tortured → Your character is being tortured and needs rescuing or at least a sympathetic ear to help him through it.
⑥ Jealousy → Your character is feeling jealous and must deal with it, how will they do it?
⑦ Breakup! → This relationship has gone as far as it can, it's time to breakup.
⑧ Broken → For whatever reason, the character is broken, mentally or or physically.
⑨ Fight → You can't even be in the same room as your friend or lover without arguing anymore.
⑩ Lost → You lost the biggest fight of your life and now all you can do is try to pick up the pieces.
⑪ Worst nightmare → Whatever you fear the most is now real or maybe you're just trapped in a dream together, but whatever it is, it feels too real.
⑫ Addicted → You're addicted to something, alcohol, drugs, sex, whatever. It's destroying your life and you can't do anything to stop it.
⑬ Hurt you → You're being forced to hurt someone you love either by betraying them or even being forced to shout things you don't mean. It's for their own good in the end though.
⑭ Separation → You were forced to leave this person for their own safety and while you've been miserable without them, you really didn't mean to run into them again... maybe it was by accident or you were watching them from afar this whole time.
⑮ Becoming a monster → You are slowly changing, becoming a monster: vampire, zombie, demon, something you can't recover from and no-one can help you.
⑯ Frozen → You are entirely helpless, frozen, to stop some kind of disaster.
⑰ Prison → You were very bad and now it's time to pay the price by turning yourself in or maybe the law just finally caught up to you.
⑱ Fear → You're not sure why, but you are suddenly terrified and you can't deal with it. You need help.
⑲ Hated → You are now hated by the person you loved the most.
⑳ Down and out → You're living on the streets, you've hit rock bottom, and you don't know what to do.

CRACK.
① Sexswap → Uh-oh, you're suddenly the opposite sex!
② Forced confessions → No matter what it is and no matter how hard you resist, you're going to be compelled to spill some deep dark secret!
③ Mind-reading → You've suddenly got the ability to read minds!
④ Animal → You're suddenly part animal or transformed into an animal!
⑤ Awkward pick-up lines → You're compelled to use bad pickup lines on whoever is closest!

⑰ To the future → Is it everything you've dreamed? Is it horrible? Whatever happens, you're here to witness what happens to you in the future. Either you take the place of your future self or you're just there to watch. Might cause some confusion if people start seeing double though...

⑲ Locked in a closet → For some reason, you're locked up in a closet with someone else. Do you make nice and try to figure your way out or what?

③ Lost → You're lost and you kind of need help finding your way to where you're going. A little help with directions?
④ Costume party → You're at a costume party, both of you are wearing masks. Do you keep the anonymity or take it off and see whose company you've been enjoying?
⑤ Wrong number → Oops, actually you didn't mean to call that person...
⑥ Drunk → You're already drunk! Drunk dialing, stumbling into someone, showing up unexpected... what type of drunk are you anyway? Aggressive, loving, happy? How does the other react?

I hope so.

[He pushes himself up and moves toward the locker because, for once, he spent the night in sweats and without a shirt because he assumed things were back to normal. And he's still got scratches ranging from nearly healed to looking like they could use a bandage or two on his torso from too many fights and not enough getting out of the way.

After he pulls a shirt on and slips shoes on, he grabs his wallet and keys and motions toward the door.]

Come on.

[Hey, but none of those were from him from last night, so... bonus points? Stiles does feel bad every time he sees a mark he's made, not liking that he hadn't intended to do them during their little 'let's find Stiles' anchor' game. Which, by the way, was a really crappy game.

He nods as he gets up, heading for the door and stepping outside. The ground's cold on his feet and he tip toes his way over to Derek's car.]

[They're never from the sleeping, which seems ridiculous. If anything, Derek feels like Stiles should be more inclined to try to maul him in his sleep since he leans toward it while he's awake. Or he has enough thoughts about hitting him, at the very least. He can't say he holds the scratches against Stiles. He was reckless with pissing him off.

He unlocks the car and slides in, waiting for Stiles so he can start it up and pull out to drive him home. Again.]

[When he's awake, Derek does things to piss him off. Like look at him. Or breathe. Sure, he hasn't exactly been pushing him around lately, but Stiles isn't sure if that's because he can't right now or not. If he took the time to think about it, he'd remember it had started before that, but he wasn't over analyzing his nonexistent relationship with Derek.

He did get in the car quickly, figuring he'd have to sneak in his window to avoid his dad finding out about the little night trip.]

[It's been the same between them for a while and the fact that Stiles refuses to acknowledge it is part of why Derek realizes friendship isn't a thing. Despite his mistaken thought that they'd been closer to being friends before everything went to hell.

Things are silent in the car the entire way back to the Stilinski house.]

[It was hard to be friends with someone that didn't talk to you. Silence was not friendship. Not tell him to go screw himself wasn't friendship. Sure, not throwing him into a wall was a good start, but how was Stiles supposed to pick up on the subtle nuances of an attempt if Derek's best try was refraining from hurting him.

His thumb made its way to his mouth, teeth chewing on the side of his nail bed as he waited for them to arrive. When they did, he shot Derek a look that bordered on grateful.]

[He'd be strapping himself into bed tonight.]

[He considers the amount of texting and late phone calls they did to be a lot more talking than he does with anyone else. If he considers this for long enough, he might wonder if it has something to do with Stiles being weirdly attached to his heartbeat. Though that's probably not the case at all.

Derek nods over at him.]

You're welcome.

[And, with Stiles out of the car again, he heads off back toward his apartment to get things he needs so he can find another place to stay.]

[Stiles hasn't taken the texting into consideration. Or the phone calls. That was just him being a pain in the ass and he knows it. Derek never actually wants to talk to him and that fact is painfully obvious in every conversation they have. Again, Stiles feels like he's just there because he's Scott's friend. A tag-along.

Stiles creeps in his window and manages to do it quietly. One bonus of being a werewolf? Better reflexes. Not so much clumsy flailing. It's sweet.

The day goes pretty easily, school coming and going and Stiles only having to take one trip to the bathroom for a breather during Harris' class. The biggest douche of a teacher hadn't made him turn. Maybe he could do this. It was only for three more weeks, after all. Yeah, that wasn't so bad.]

[Derek's default reaction is to make it seem like everyone is a pain in the ass. Stiles is high on that list because they can't have a conversation without heckling and fighting, even if it's a decent conversation. But, Derek's so far from the king of expressing himself that there's no reason for Stiles to think that he's grown to like their conversations.

Once he's back at his loft, the day passes by quickly enough. He gathers things and takes his car to scope out a place to stay, eventually deciding that parking somewhere and breaking into a place is a good enough idea. There are a few foreclosed houses on a street he's been down and he peeks into windows until he's sure one of them still has furniture in it. Then, he gets himself in through a window, a skill he's good at as a werewolf or human, to settle in for the rest of the day.]

[Stiles makes it through the entire day without mauling anyone or doing anything to draw attention to himself. The sense of relief he feels as the bell rings and he heads out to his jeep is gargantuan. It's like this huge weight has been lifted off his shoulders and he even manages a smile and a wave for Danny as he passes him outside.

Back home, it's a nice and quiet and uneventful meal with his dad, listening to the edited version of the sheriff's day at work. He knows there's things his dad can't tell him and things he just won't, but if Stiles wants to know badly enough, he'll find a way to worm the information out of him one way or another.

Then it's bed time. He actually feels his stomach flop over in dread as he stares at his bed and wonders what he can do to make sure he stays in it tonight. He doesn't know where Derek is. That should be enough, right? His wolf side isn't going to have him wandering the streets looking for him, right? Right. But just in case, he's planning on setting an obstacle course between him and his window tonight, making it utterly impassable. Hah.]

[The rest of Derek's day is sneaking back out of the house he's claimed as his own to get something to eat and then returning to it as it gets to be dark. He can't stay in the house for more than a few days, he's sure, but it'll work as a starting point. And, while it's closer to Stiles' street, he's sure Stiles has no idea where he is and that gives him some relief.

He settles in what he assumes was the master bedroom of the house when somebody else lived there and makes himself comfortable, once again settling in sweats and without a shirt since it's a little more necessary with having to keep the window cracked to keep the room cool.]

[It's not quite an hour after Stiles manages to fall asleep that he's pulled out of bed by that strange feeling of something missing. If he were awake, he'd be impressed at how easily he got around his obstacle course, jumping lightly out of the window and heading out to the street. His start is a little more sporadic at first, nose lifted to the air as if he's searching for a scent.

But it's obvious when he finds it because he goes loping off when he does, heading with a single minded purpose towards the source of the scent. It's a strange house he's never seen before, but that doesn't matter to Stiles since he's not really seeing it anyway. He hones in on the window, the scent coming through the small gap. He pushes it open, intent on getting inside, something he manages relatively easily.]

[The problem with sleeping in a different place is the actual sleeping part. His loft and his bed are things he's grown used to, so sleeping alone there as a human hadn't been very hard. Feeling like he's on the run to keep himself alive, though, and sleeping in a strange bed makes things harder.

So, this time, he's not asleep when it happens. When Stiles crawls himself in through the window, which, for the record, is mildly disturbing to watch because he's obviously not awake. The realization that Stiles followed his scent to find him bothers him, but he can't actively hold it against Stiles because he's not going to be happy when he wakes up.

Derek doesn't wake him, though. If it's going to happen every night, there's no point. Sending him home will just result in Stiles showing up again.]

[Once inside, Stiles heads for the bed, crawling onto it with that pleased smile on his face as he makes his way over to Derek and curls up, head resting on his chest, arm over his body to keep him close. In the morning, Stiles will be mortified, probably angry at himself, and maybe a little panicked about why this keeps happening. For now, he's just a happy werewolf curling up with his packmate.

Even if Derek doesn't have his Alpha, or even werewolf powers, he's still a werewolf in Stiles' mind. That makes him pack. That makes him his, apparently, since he's the Alpha.]

[Derek just resigns himself to things as Stiles joins him in bed, letting him make use of him as a pillow so he can listen to his heart beating while he continues to sleep. He realizes the best solution to this problem is just to spend the rest of his time sleeping on Stiles' floor. Just showing up there right when it's time to sleep and doing so then leaving in the morning. Not that he's likely to make this suggestion since the thought of the rest of the month together, even if it's just at night, is too much.

Despite the thoughts about dealing with this every night, he drifts off rather quickly because having Stiles against him still makes him warm and comfortable enough to stop turning over ways he might die in his mind.]

[For once, it's Stiles who wakes up first. He does so slowly, taking a while to pull himself out of the warm drowsiness he's enveloped in. Then he recognizes the warmth and the scent that he's smelling, the steady whooshing of a certain heartbeat and, yep, a familiar chest he's curled up on.

No. Way. No way. No freaking way. This was some huge joke by the werewolf gods to try to kill him via embarrassment. It wasn't bad enough he'd done it once, no... he had to do it every goddamn night, even when he didn't actively know where Derek was.

Oh my god, kill him now. He starts to try to wiggle out of the bed without waking Derek up, hoping he can just leave without anyone being the wiser. Except for him and his scarred for life brain.]

[The movement and the shifting of the warmth he's grown so used to having against him wakes Derek up and he already knows what's happening before he opens his eyes. So, he's slow to crack them open, looking over at Stiles as he aims to get away.]

There's gotta be a way to keep you from sleep walking that doesn't involve ashing you into your room at night.

[Because that wouldn't work very well considering the lack of people that can do it and how set Derek is on not going to the Stilinski house if he can help it.]

[He flinches visibly as he's halfway out of the bed, looking over at Derek almost apologetically. Stupid Derek and his stupid inability to just stay asleep and let him retain his dignity.]

You are not ashing my room. Just... let me come up with something, okay.

[Because this had to stop. Derek was not cuddle material. Other people were. Other people who would probably stab him in the eye with a nail file if they woke up with him in their bed, so there was an upside to this.]

[What's probably the worst part in all of this is that Stiles has been to school. He's heard a lot of other heartbeats. And, for whatever reason, Derek's is still the one he wants to sleep to. All he can assume is whoever made them switch powers is somewhere laughing at them.]

I don't plan to.

[He pushes himself to sit up as he looks over at Stiles like he's waiting for some kind of suggestion. But, he moves soon after that, sliding out of bed to move to the window and look out of it.]

[Whoever made them switch powers was going to get kicked so hard in his manparts, he'd be sucking his own dick.

Stiles is by the side of the bed, watching as Derek gets up and goes to look out the window.]

Uh, would another ride be out of the question?

[Because hello, bare feet.]

[The question isn't much of a surprise and Derek almost points out that he doesn't have his car, but he decides against it. Because the other option is loaning shoes to Stiles and he'd rather not end up barefoot himself.]

Let me go get my car. Just stay here.

[He pulls on his shirt and shoes, a repeat of the previous morning, and grabs his bag so he can head out the back of the house. Ten or so minutes later, he returns to the front of it in his car, waiting for Stiles to join him in it so he can drive him home.]

[The ride back to his house is done in complete silence. Out of everything that's happened to him lately, it's weird for him to find out that crawling into bed with Derek every night is what's freaking him out the most. Throw a murderous Alpha werewolf at him? No big deal. Add in a lizard that paralyzes you and has a psychotic serial killing master controlling it? Hey, it's a cakewalk. Wake up cuddling Derek a week in a row? He's done.]

[He makes no suggestions to fix this problem because, short of staying with Stiles, he's got none. And he's not offering that up because it'll be awful for both of them, even if it's just at night. So, there's nothing said, not even once he pulls up at Stiles' house to leave him off in front of it.]

[Stiles gets out quietly, a mumbled 'thank you' aimed at Derek before he heads off around the side of the house to his window. He has school in an hour and he needs to have a shower and get ready, hearing his dad already moving around inside.

Today was going to be spent figuring out how to avoid this. Stiles had a mission, and that mission was to sleep in his bed alone. It sounded so sad when put that way.]

[Derek drives off in the direction of his loft again because the house clearly isn't an option again and he's not going to worry about finding another place until it's closer to him actually needing to.

In the meantime, he decides to spend his time checking his loft then finding a place to spend most of his day that doesn't involve sitting outside like a target.]
