THE RANDOM SCENARIO MEME 3.0

- Post your character, name, and series in the subject. Include any preferences as well.
- Go to RNG and enter 1-7 for a scene type, and 1-20 for a scene to play out.

TYPE OF SCENE.
① Action → Gun fights, bar brawls, fights to the death are all possible scenarios.
② Angst → Characters suffer emotionally or physically from relationships breaking up, death, injury, etc. Hurt and comfort themes are included.
③ Crack → Genderswaps, super powers, sudden compulsions are all possible outcomes.
④ Fluff → Something that is devoid of angst. It's light-hearted and might have the overtone of romance.
⑤ Gen → General fun, things that didn't fit in the other categories.
⑥ Sex → First times, kinks, even dubcon are all possible themes of sex related scenarios.
⑦ Your choice → Think of your own scenario, choose one of the above or make a combo even!

ACTION.
① Zombies → It's the zombie apocalypse, lock and load!
② Bar brawl → You had one too many drinks, said something wrong, and now you're being asked to take it outside.
③ Chase → You're caught in a high speed chase.
④ Gun fight → You're caught in a big shoot-out.
⑤ Fight with a friend → You're fighting with a friend, all out.
⑥ Interrogation → You're being interrogated for some offense you've done.
⑦ Aliens → Aliens are attacking and you're not going to take your probe laying down!
⑧ Final battle → This is it. The battle that will end all the fighting for you. Will you win? Will you get that peace you want?
⑨ Training → You're not actually fighting, just training for the inevitable.
⑩ No hope → You know this fight has no hope. It's not going to end well for anyone involved, but you can't turn away.
⑪ Sneaking in → You're stealing a diamond or sneaking in to kick some bad guy butt, but whatever it is, you have to practice stealth.
⑫ Blue wire → You're faced with a bomb that needs to be disarmed.
⑬ Fight for honor → You've been disgraced or someone you care about has, so it's time to fight for honour.
⑭ Showdown → Time for a cowboy-style showdown. Whoever draws the fastest wins.
⑮ War → You're caught in the middle of a war here. Remember to keep your chin up and keeping fighting.
⑯ Apocalypse → The apocalypse finally happened and now you're left to scavenge and fight for whatever is left.
⑰ Sabotage → It's time to sabotage someone's plan! How is entirely up to you. Do you set up a bomb in their toilet? Do you double cross them at the last minute?
⑱ Big damn hero → You know you have to handle this one alone, so that means disarming or knocking unconscious the person who wants to join you.
⑲ Fight club → You know the rules... you're in an underground fighting ring and you're fighting with all you've got.
⑳ Threaten → You've just been sent here to rough them up a little, threaten them into behaving.

ANGST.
① Injury / illness → Your character has become injured or ill! To what extent is the mun's choice.
② Last moments → You character has been gravely injured and this is their last chance to say their last words.
③ Depression → Your character is depressed, what actions they take is up to the mun.
④ Betrayed → You character has been betrayed by the other. How do they react?
⑤ Tortured → Your character is being tortured and needs rescuing or at least a sympathetic ear to help him through it.
⑥ Jealousy → Your character is feeling jealous and must deal with it, how will they do it?
⑦ Breakup! → This relationship has gone as far as it can, it's time to breakup.
⑧ Broken → For whatever reason, the character is broken, mentally or or physically.
⑨ Fight → You can't even be in the same room as your friend or lover without arguing anymore.
⑩ Lost → You lost the biggest fight of your life and now all you can do is try to pick up the pieces.
⑪ Worst nightmare → Whatever you fear the most is now real or maybe you're just trapped in a dream together, but whatever it is, it feels too real.
⑫ Addicted → You're addicted to something, alcohol, drugs, sex, whatever. It's destroying your life and you can't do anything to stop it.
⑬ Hurt you → You're being forced to hurt someone you love either by betraying them or even being forced to shout things you don't mean. It's for their own good in the end though.
⑭ Separation → You were forced to leave this person for their own safety and while you've been miserable without them, you really didn't mean to run into them again... maybe it was by accident or you were watching them from afar this whole time.
⑮ Becoming a monster → You are slowly changing, becoming a monster: vampire, zombie, demon, something you can't recover from and no-one can help you.
⑯ Frozen → You are entirely helpless, frozen, to stop some kind of disaster.
⑰ Prison → You were very bad and now it's time to pay the price by turning yourself in or maybe the law just finally caught up to you.
⑱ Fear → You're not sure why, but you are suddenly terrified and you can't deal with it. You need help.
⑲ Hated → You are now hated by the person you loved the most.
⑳ Down and out → You're living on the streets, you've hit rock bottom, and you don't know what to do.

CRACK.
① Sexswap → Uh-oh, you're suddenly the opposite sex!
② Forced confessions → No matter what it is and no matter how hard you resist, you're going to be compelled to spill some deep dark secret!
③ Mind-reading → You've suddenly got the ability to read minds!
④ Animal → You're suddenly part animal or transformed into an animal!
⑤ Awkward pick-up lines → You're compelled to use bad pickup lines on whoever is closest!
⑥ Back in School / Graduated → You're suddenly back in school! Or if you were already in it, you've aged and long since graduated!
⑦ Vampires, werewolves, and zombies, oh my! → You're suddenly a vampire, werewolf, or zombie! Maybe even a demon or a devil, whatever creepy crawly you can think of. What do you do now?
⑧ Ghost → You're suddenly a ghost or at least invisible. What are you going to do with this new ability?
⑨ Awkward conversations → So did you just fart or what? Any conversation goes, as long as it's embarrassing and awkward.
⑩ Crossdressing → For whatever reason, you're suddenly dressed in clothes of the opposite sex.

⑫ Suddenly a kid → You're a kid again! Have fun with that second childhood.
⑬ Fortune cookie → You've suddenly received a note with something that will happen in the future, either precise or vague.
⑭ Super power → And suddenly you're like Superman! Any power goes.
⑮ Bodyswap → Somehow you've changed bodies with the other person.
⑯ Back in time → Somehow, you wound up in the past again. Do you try to correct something or just sit and wait for time to jump? Maybe it jumps to various points in your life or maybe you actually think you're back in the day. Have fun, run wild with the idea!
⑰ To the future → Is it everything you've dreamed? Is it horrible? Whatever happens, you're here to witness what happens to you in the future. Either you take the place of your future self or you're just there to watch. Might cause some confusion if people start seeing double though...
⑱ Angels, mermaids, and fairies! → You're not necessary something dark or evil. You're just something different. How do you deal?
⑲ Locked in a closet → For some reason, you're locked up in a closet with someone else. Do you make nice and try to figure your way out or what?

FLUFF.
① Cuddling → For whatever reason, characters feel like being close and cuddling.
② Pillow talk → After the main event, characters are up for some pillow talk.

④ Love confession → Someone has finally decided to confess their love and today is the day!

③ Lost → You're lost and you kind of need help finding your way to where you're going. A little help with directions?
④ Costume party → You're at a costume party, both of you are wearing masks. Do you keep the anonymity or take it off and see whose company you've been enjoying?
⑤ Wrong number → Oops, actually you didn't mean to call that person...
⑥ Drunk → You're already drunk! Drunk dialing, stumbling into someone, showing up unexpected... what type of drunk are you anyway? Aggressive, loving, happy? How does the other react?
⑦ Old friends → you haven't seen this person in a long time!
⑧ Rivals → you're suddenly rivals! Or maybe you have been all along...

⑭ Enabler → you're enabling the other (or each other) to do something bad, really bad. Addiction, stealing, killing, or just any other self-destructive behavior.

[What's probably the worst part in all of this is that Stiles has been to school. He's heard a lot of other heartbeats. And, for whatever reason, Derek's is still the one he wants to sleep to. All he can assume is whoever made them switch powers is somewhere laughing at them.]

I don't plan to.

[He pushes himself to sit up as he looks over at Stiles like he's waiting for some kind of suggestion. But, he moves soon after that, sliding out of bed to move to the window and look out of it.]

[Whoever made them switch powers was going to get kicked so hard in his manparts, he'd be sucking his own dick.

Stiles is by the side of the bed, watching as Derek gets up and goes to look out the window.]

Uh, would another ride be out of the question?

[Because hello, bare feet.]

[The question isn't much of a surprise and Derek almost points out that he doesn't have his car, but he decides against it. Because the other option is loaning shoes to Stiles and he'd rather not end up barefoot himself.]

Let me go get my car. Just stay here.

[He pulls on his shirt and shoes, a repeat of the previous morning, and grabs his bag so he can head out the back of the house. Ten or so minutes later, he returns to the front of it in his car, waiting for Stiles to join him in it so he can drive him home.]

[The ride back to his house is done in complete silence. Out of everything that's happened to him lately, it's weird for him to find out that crawling into bed with Derek every night is what's freaking him out the most. Throw a murderous Alpha werewolf at him? No big deal. Add in a lizard that paralyzes you and has a psychotic serial killing master controlling it? Hey, it's a cakewalk. Wake up cuddling Derek a week in a row? He's done.]

[He makes no suggestions to fix this problem because, short of staying with Stiles, he's got none. And he's not offering that up because it'll be awful for both of them, even if it's just at night. So, there's nothing said, not even once he pulls up at Stiles' house to leave him off in front of it.]

[Stiles gets out quietly, a mumbled 'thank you' aimed at Derek before he heads off around the side of the house to his window. He has school in an hour and he needs to have a shower and get ready, hearing his dad already moving around inside.

Today was going to be spent figuring out how to avoid this. Stiles had a mission, and that mission was to sleep in his bed alone. It sounded so sad when put that way.]

[Derek drives off in the direction of his loft again because the house clearly isn't an option again and he's not going to worry about finding another place until it's closer to him actually needing to.

In the meantime, he decides to spend his time checking his loft then finding a place to spend most of his day that doesn't involve sitting outside like a target.]

[He can thank his History class for giving him the idea. He looks up a few things during his free period, then calls up Derek. He barely waits for the click that signals the line's been picked up before he blurts it out.]

Restraints.

What?

[Because Derek's not expecting a call from Stiles, much less a call that starts in a single word that makes no sense without context. But, it only takes a couple of seconds for it to click, and he raises his eyebrows a little.]

Seriously?

Completely. I tried to put stuff in my way to keep me from leaving last night, but that didn't work. So maybe buckling me into bed or something might? Like a seatbelt for sleepwalking.

[Sure, there were possible problems if his dad walked in and saw him trussed up, but maybe it could be something they could hide under a blanket. Derek would still have to see him every night and morning, but it'd be for little blips, not for a night of cuddling. Stiles was almost desperate at this point.]

It could work, right?

[Derek's silent as he listens to Stiles because he's not sure it'll work given werewolf strength, but it's at least worth trying. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. The worst that'll happen is Stiles showing up again and he's getting so used to it that's he's starting to worry that he won't be able to get any sleep by himself when they finally manage to figure out a way for it to happen.]

It might. But when Scott is strapping you down later, remember that it's your idea and not mine.

Yeah, I can do that.

[Adding Scott to the mix hadn't actually occurred to him and he almost wondered what the hell was wrong with him that it hadn't. Okay, yeah. That made it even better. Scott could deal with him and he'd never ever ever have to see Derek again. Ever. Derek who?]

[If Derek can avoid Stiles' house, he plans to. And he assumes that Stiles will ask someone that already knows about werewolf problems to help, so Scott seems like the logical choice since he is a werewolf. It'll be easier for him to strap Stiles into bed anyway.]

Alright. Good luck with that.

Cool. Here's to not seeing you.

[He hangs up, almost cheerfully, phone getting tucked away so he can head to class. He'd looked up where he could find the restraints and he'd talk to Scott about doing him a solid and tying him up for the night. He wouldn't go into details, but he was sure Scott would be game for it.]

[Derek puts his phone away once Stiles hangs up, glad that he's not taking part in anything else. And he can hope that it means he won't see Stiles later that night.

The night he's decided to stay in his old, burned out house for and hopefully manage to muddle the strongest scent leading to it since he's sure the place and surrounding area already smells like him.]

[Scott was a little weirded out by the request, but considering Stiles was a temporary Alpha, he knew it was probably a good idea for whatever reason Stiles had.

Come that night, Stiles changed into his pj's and said goodnight to his dad, heading up into his room and waiting for Scott to climb in the window. When he got there, they spent an hour trying to get him trussed up with the harnesses and straps, working a way to get them around his wrists and down under the covers instead of up at the top of the bed. Scott could lay the blanket over him and no one would be the wiser. He gave Stiles a dubious look as he settled it over him, asking him if he was sure. Stiles just told him to be there in the morning to let him up so his dad didn't find him like this. Scott agreed and left, going out the window and leaving it open, letting the night air in as Stiles lay there on his back and tried to go to sleep.]

[Night comes and Derek settles in a very familiar spot that he's not all that happy to be back in, but he figures it's better than finding another place to break into or wasting money on a motel room that could end in property damage if Stiles manages to get himself out. He's hoping beyond anything else that Stiles' plan works, though, because it's a wonder that a sleeping temporary Alpha can find him every night and a pack of Alphas hasn't come across him yet.

He settles on the couch he'd brought upstairs with him when he'd been living there before, leaving him looking out through the gaping hole where the roof used to be as he slowly settles into a fitful rest.]

[Like clockwork, and hour after Stiles went to sleep, he was trying to get up to find his warm happy place. Only he wasn't able to do that. He frowned in his sleep, tugging at his bonds and trying to squirm out of them. No such luck. The more he fought against them, the angrier he got, even in sleep, and it wasn't long before half-closed eyes flared red, claws sliding out of his fingers and gripping at the bonds. They parted like butter, and after a few more growling swipes, Stiles was free and standing at the foot of his bed.

Well, hulking was more like it. He was fully wolfed out, eyes glowing red, teeth bared and claws at the ready. Something was trying to keep him from what was his and that was not okay.

As an Alpha, Stiles leaped out his window, hunting down what he was looking for.

It took longer for him to find it that night, Derek having done a good job of hiding his scent, but Stiles was determined (and not at all in the driver's seat) and when he picked up the tattered remains of Derek's scent, he went after it, a growl rumbling through him in case anyone was listening. Anyone who might try to get in his way.

He found the burned out husk of a house, pushing open the front door as if he belonged there.]

[His sleep is littered with half nightmares about being chased down through the woods he's in the middle of by staying in his house. Only half nightmares because he manages to kick himself awake right as he feels hot breath against his throat, but he falls right back asleep into a similar scenario moments later.

In the last one he has, he's actually chased out of the house first and the sound of the door hitting the wall once it opens has him waking up and sitting bolt upright, eyes wide. Because he either just had a very vivid dream or something is actually in the house and coming after him.

And there's only one staircase that leads right down to the front door, so checking to see which one it is isn't something he wants to do. But, being upstairs means he's shit out of luck on actually getting himself out of the house, too, because human bones don't heal if they break in a fall.

So, yes, he's trying to calm his breathing down so he's not so obvious, but his heart pounding away in his chest is definitely enough to give him away if anything is in the house.]

[He can pinpoint the heartbeat he's looking for, but it's not right. It's sped up, panicky, and Stiles' wolf side feels like his packmate is being threatened. He lets out a roar before he bounds up the stairs, following the scent to its source. He's standing in the doorway, scenting the room for anyone that shouldn't be there.

A low growl trickles through fangs as he slowly enters, the wolf ready for anything to try for him, anything that might be setting that comforting heartbeat into an irregular pattern. He snarled as he circled the room, daring whatever it was to come out.]

[The roar sends Derek scrambling off the couch, but he doesn't even make it halfway across the room before the doorway is blocked by... Stiles. Well, Alpha Stiles. And, in all honesty, seeing him doesn't help at all because any sign of Stiles as a werewolf usually means he's about to end up on the other end of claws or being shoved around.]

Stiles. [There's nothing calm about his voice because he's sure they've already found Stiles' anchor and this shouldn't be happening. The thought that Stiles might still be sleepwalking as a werewolf doesn't even hit him as he backs himself in the direction he came from.] What happened to not wanting to hurt anybody?

[Stiles ignores the voice for the moment, more intent on making sure there's nothing in the room that's going to hurt a member of his pack. He finishes his circuit of the room, sticking his head out the window and giving out another roar, just in case. That should send whatever it was packing.

Then he turns to Derek, moving slowly as he comes over to him. The growl fades away and Stiles drops to his knees beside him...

And promptly starts snuffling over him to make sure he's not injured.]

[He shrinks away right up until Stiles is beside him and then, only then, does he realize what the hell is happening. And he's not sure if he wants to knock his own head against something or try punching Stiles, but he doesn't do either.

It takes a little bit for his heartbeat to go from trying to jump out of his chest to settling back into a normal rhythm and Derek ends up sitting on the floor with his back against the couch by the time it does.]

Stiles, wake up.

[No thank you, Derek. He doesn't want to. He came over here to curl up to his happy place, so his happy place needs to get off the floor and get over to the couch-bed.

He reaches out and starts to tug Derek up, though he's being remarkably gentle about it considering he still has his claws bared.]

[Derek sighs as he's pulled up, resigning himself to the fact that Stiles the sleeping Alpha wants to use him as a body pillow and he lets himself fall back, settling into the spot he was previously in.

They don't even have a full three weeks left. That's what he comforts himself with as he lets himself get comfortable.]
