[Let no one accuse Grantaire of being a responsible drunk. He is a terrible influence and quite frankly, he is okay with that. Getting Enjolras drunk is possibly the crowning achievement of his thus far unproductive life. He has absolutely no regrets, even after the pair of them get tossed out of the pub.

He grins with his own good humor and slips an arm around the other man's shoulders, leading him down the street in the proper direction. He had been singing an old french children's song at the top of his lungs up until a few moments ago, and he fell silent at last, glancing over at the man who was usually far too serious and stiff, in his opinion. This was the benefit of those liquors that didn't taste half as strong as they really were until the moment you tried to get up and the blood rushed from your head to leave the room a bit lop-sided.

He lifts the nearly empty bottle in his free hand to the starry sky with a slight grin and drinks down another long swallow of the wine.]
