Then you'll have to make it up to me afterward if you rough me up too much. [There's definitely no moving this time, although as hard as Steve is he suspects Loki's already having plenty of fun without his help. It takes a lot of effort not to arch into Loki's nails, though, which is as good a sign as any that he's relaxed enough to be ready for just about anything.]

Shh. [ Loki reaches up, pressing two fingers to Steve's lips. ] Toys do not speak.

[ Whether or not he truly intends to make it up to him after is left unsaid as Loki's fingertips trail down, pressing firmly against Steve's throat though not hard enough to be constricting. He continues rocking his hips slowly, his other hand up now and his palm pressing flat against the base of Steve's throat. He's not pushing for anything of course, just ... curious. ]

[Steve wants to play along, he does, but he's never really known when to shut up.] Maybe I'm one of those expensive toys with motors and speakers and electronics inside.

[Otherwise he does manage to hold still despite the wonderful friction Loki's providing, although an eyebrow goes up at the hands on his throat. It's different from their usual fun, that's for sure.]

[ Steve's insistence on continuing to speak despite Loki's orders is grounds for proper discipline, though Loki considers a lesser punishment than cutting off his husband's airway. He only notices he's pushing down too hard perhaps a moment later than intended, but he lets go and passes his hands down Steve's chest. He grips his hips, holding him still so he doesn't try to buck up again when Loki rubs down harder.

Hopefully it got the message across, though in a clearer mindset Loki won't use that tactic again. ]

[Only the thought of laying the guilt on later stops Steve from interrupting playtime to lecture Loki on the relative delicacy of human throats. That, and the sudden coughing fit that starts on the third heaving breath after Loki releases him. Sorry, dear, give him a minute.]

[ It's okay, the cough does it. Loki lets go pretty quickly, looking up to see the state he's put Steve into, and the fact that it didn't even register until just now what he was really doing-- yeah okay that's pretty concerning, and Loki sits back on the floor, avoiding Steve's gaze. ] ... apologies.

[It seems Loki has the guilt thing covered already, so Steve sits up to catch his breath. It doesn't take long, and then he can lean over into Loki's line of sight.]

Stay here a minute, okay? I'll be right back. [Then he's off, listening at Adina's door--everything sounds fine--grabbing a towel, shedding the rest of his cloths, and picking both Loki's favorite scented oil and a flavored lube they both like from the slick drawer. He hands those last two to Loki when he returns to the kitchen before spreading the towel out on the floor and sitting on it.]

[ Loki takes the opportunity to just sit and mull over the fact that he could've really hurt Steve at that moment, and how did that even happen? What made him think it was a good idea? They hadn't been enemies for a long time now, maybe his destructive tendencies were just bottling up to a point-- maybe he'll have to go set things on fire later.

He doesn't notice he's been staring into space until Steve returns, and the fact that he still wants to continue this ... well. It's Steve. Loki's still uncertain, but once Steve beckons him he does crawl closer, sitting beside Steve, avoiding his gaze for a moment. ]

I don't know why I did that.

[Steve leans sideways, resting his chin on Loki's shoulder and a hand on his leg. He'd been hoping Loki had learned enough from example by now, but apparently they still have a things to work out.]

I'm not taking it personally. But we have half an hour, maybe forty minutes until Adina wakes up, so we can either talk this out now, or you can get back on the proverbial horse and we save the talking for when we aren't sitting on the kitchen floor with all our dangly bits hanging out. I promise I won't let you go overboard again.

[ Ashamed of himself as he is, Loki's hand seeks out Steve's all on its own, fingers curling around his where it rests at his thigh. By all accounts, Steve should be more concerned-- but a deep breath, Steve's reassurance, that's all it takes for now. As long as Steve doesn't mention horses while naked again. ]

I'll not do it again. [ with a pointed note not to reach for Steve's throat for the remainder of their kitchen floor tryst, he leans in to kiss the corner of Steve's lips, trailing towards his jaw. They can talk later. Or Loki can go murder a politician in the night. Whatever will take the edge off. ]

[Concerned, yes, Steve is plenty concerned, but right now when they're safe at home his first priority is assuring Loki that he still trusts him. Later there will definitely be talking and maybe a trip to the Avengers' smashing range to keep Loki from doing anything rash. For now, Steve nearly sighs an "okay" and turns his head to encourage Loki's kisses, shifting his weight to run fingers through Loki's hair without releasing his thigh.]

[ Hesitant as he is to have anything more to do with Steve's teammates than he already does, he'd later admit that having some room to just be dastardly and destructive in a safe environment is probably a good idea. Even if that would take half the fun out of it.

But more important things are at hand. Loki shifts forward to slide one leg between Steve's own, and he captures his husband's lips in a proper kiss, hungry and apologetic all the same. ]

[It feels good to be back on track, in no small part because Loki's given Steve something to grind against. He keeps the movements of his hips short and slow, however, focusing instead on not leaning back too fast as he returns Loki's kiss with equal hunger and a certain flick of the tongue he usually reserves for blowjobs.

There is forgiveness in the way he touches Loki, and just as much love as ever.]

[ Kissing Steve gives him something else to focus on, the distraction more than welcome. Though Loki is always thinking, even just in the back of his mind, and the concern is still there. His hands move to Steve's sides to grab a firm hold of, and he guides him down onto his back, enjoying their kisses just a bit too much to break away yet. ]

[If it's a distraction Loki wants, it's a distraction he'll get: Steve curls his free leg over Loki's, adding another lesser point of sensation to highlight sliding mouths and rolling hips. One arm goes up around Loki's shoulders, loose and lazy but ready to reel Loki back in if he tries to pull too far away, while the other searches blindly for either of the bottles he brought out a little earlier. [ Steve is certainly adept at providing welcome distraction, that's for sure. Loki's focus is drawn away from moment's past and shifted to his husband, his sweet kisses and warm, muscled body under him. Steve can do whatever he wants with the bottles, if he can reach them- Loki's just going to busy himself with trailing his kisses southward, passing over Steve's throat and moving on to lick and nibble at well known sensitive places over his chest. ]

[The oil goes skittering away from Steve's fingers in a moment of clumsiness that is entirely Loki's fault, and he abandons trying to find the actual lube in favor of dragging one of Loki's hands up to press his lips to knuckle and palm and pad and wrist, and maybe to lick between fingers a little. Having something to do with his mouth makes it easier for Steve to ignore the desperate little noises he's starting to make, even as he continues to rock up against the cool, solid weight of Loki on top of him.]

[ Loki doesn't mind taking the blame for that one, not at all. He only pauses a moment so he can look up, watch his hand and fingers be kissed by lips he's so fond of, and he smiles briefly before returning to his task. Steve can have his hand, and in the meanwhile he dips his kisses lower, down to his abdomen and hips, skipping down partway to have a nibble at one thigh. ]

[Steve would protest, but he likes the direction Loki's going and decides to wait him out. He skims his teeth over the heel of Loki's palm and nips at his fingertips as he props himself back up on one elbow to watch. His legs part automatically to make room, and when Loki goes for his thigh Steve sucks two fingers into his mouth as obscenely as he did his own earlier.

Oh, hey, there's the lube, down near his knee. Go figure. He's having too much fun sucking Loki's fingers at the moment, so it'll just have to stay there for now.]

[ Steve could protest if he wanted to, but since Loki's not really in the mood for listening to objections it's probably better that Steve doesn't voice them. And especially, Loki enjoys the attention being lavished to his hand, and he sneaks a few glances upward to watch before turning back to his task. He decides to skip the teasing for now, and he ducks his head back down to take Steve into his mouth. Pulling back slowly, he moves in again, closing his eyes and just letting his lips and tongue slide steadily along heated flesh, making up for the delay earlier. ]

[Loki is forgiven for the delay. Loki is forgiven everything if he keeps this up, the heavenly slick friction and how almost vulnerable he looks with his eyes closed and his mouth full.

Steve's mouth is starting to dry out from all the sucking and licking he's been doing, so he drags Loki's fingers out one last time, giving them each a series of nibbles from palm to tip in fond farewell. Once that's out of the way, he can reach down to rest his hand on Loki's head. Not in a controlling way or anything, just to be touching the part of his husband currently most involved in getting Steve off.]

[ Vulnerable is rarely a word Loki likes in conjunction with himself, but if it's to help Steve get his rocks off then Steve can think about whatever he wants. He need only voice them and Loki can tell him later what he shouldn't think.

For now his attention is better focused here, and Loki works his mouth and tongue around Steve like a rich dessert. With his hand freed, he drags it down Steve's chest, nails against his skin and pausing for a quick rub against a nipple, before it grabs a firm hold of Steve's hips as he lifts his head. ]
