[ Vulnerable is rarely a word Loki likes in conjunction with himself, but if it's to help Steve get his rocks off then Steve can think about whatever he wants. He need only voice them and Loki can tell him later what he shouldn't think.

For now his attention is better focused here, and Loki works his mouth and tongue around Steve like a rich dessert.
