[ Q does do what he does best and it elicits the subtle quirk of her brows that signals his wry humour has landed precisely where it was meant to. And while she's rarely one for effusive exchanges, they've certainly flitted in and out of each others' orbits long enough to read between the lines — when Peggy is amused, it's clear in little tells just like that. Traveler's insurance, her huff of breath all but says, imagine.

His offer, however, to discuss the equipment does succeed in surprising her. Not unpleasantly so, even though she does feel rather bone-tired. But what would she be returning home to?
