The Intimacy Meme

Intimacy is the glue of any relationship, albeit romantic or friendship. It's getting to the root of humanity, and expanding upon ourselves and letting others in.

Rules:
1. Post with your character.
2. Go to rng and roll from 1-6.
3. Post to others.
4. Profit

Scenes:
1. First Kiss. Maybe you've been harboring feelings or maybe this is random. But it feels good to be that close to someone.

2. Love Confession. You have been head over heels for this person and now it's time to try and get close to them.

3. Secrets. You've been hiding yourself from someone and now it's time to stop. They need to know the real you.

4. First Time. First time you have sex is always nerve racking, but it's in these moments that you show how much you truly care about someone.

5. Shower. Perhaps you've been together for awhile. Maybe you've told each other everything. Maybe you're just dirty and need to get cleaned up. But letting the water flow between two people is still pretty intimate.

6. Post-Coital Bed. Do you feel talkative after sex? Want to ponder the meaning of life / if you guys are more than a one-night stand? Better to do it after the deed probably.. at least your partner will be in a good mood?

7. Road Trip. Good for that bonding experiance you never had! Bad diner food and weird landmarks you never knew you wanted to see! Will it bring you closer to your friend / lover?

8. Drunk. Are you the happy or sad kind? Clingy, or flighty? Maybe you just need a hug, to snuggle close.. to whoever's around at the time!

9. Winter. What could be a better time to curl up with a book, or exchange soft words in the glow of the fire? Hot chocolate time!

10. Free verse. Did I leave something out? Want to combine? Make up your own or pick from the others.

"There's still blood in the..." But one look at Dean and Lindsey trailed off instead.

Sighing, he stopped what he was doing with the clean up and held his arm out to Dean. Nothing would be better for his childe than his sire's blood right now. He could replenish with the bottled crap afterwards. "Go on, bite."

He nodded and grabbed his Sire's arm but stopped, looking a little embarrassed. "Ok so I'm still not totally sure how to...you know...go all fangy,"

Lindsey's eyebrows arched up. Oh, right. "I'll teach you the details of that later when we're away from here. For now..." Taking his arm back, he took the knife that was used earlier to make the ink and slashed himself across the wrist. He doubted Dean would need fangs still, but the smell of his blood should trigger it anyway, especially when he held his bleeding wrist back out to his childe. "Here."

And it worked, his face instantly shifting at the smell of blood before he grabbed Lindsey's arm and sunk his teeth in like the vampire had done to him so many times. He groaned in relief, drinking deeply without knowing when he was meant to stop.

Lindsey let Dean drink freely at first, wincing but smiling through the pain that the inexperienced vampire caused with his feeding. "Slowly... try not to draw so quickly. It... it hurts if you do it too fast."

When Dean moved past two pints and started going into more, Lindsey placed a light hand on Dean's shoulder for him to stop. "Dean, stop, that's enough." He still needed strength to make their escape.

Dean immediately slowed down, not wanting to hurt his Sire. It always felt good when Lindsey bit him, he wished he knew how to do it back. He growled when Lindsey tried to make him stop though and only latched on harder.

Lindsey wouldn't mind teaching him when they had time, but as Dean's uncontrolled hunger quickly moved onto three pints, Lindsey's hand on Dean's shoulder tightened and began to shake. "Dean, enough!" The body held only eight pints, more than four and it would've been fatal for a human. For vampires it wouldn't be, but definitely severely weakened.

The souled vampire started feeling dizzy and lightheaded when Dean got dangerously close to that amount. Vamping out, he tried to forcefully pull away even if it would rip a bloody gash in his arm. "Stop!!"

Hearing the older vampire yell he finally let himself be pulled off, licking his lips and smiling innocently. "Sorry...got carried away.". He tried to lick at the wound like he'd seen Lindsey do and grinned when the wound healed. "Cool."

"Damnit, Dean," Lindsey muttered as he glared at the soulless creature. He sighed when, damn him, he couldn't stay angry at the vampire. Yes, he better lose his soul again or Dean will be the death of him.

"We need to teach you control... at least for some situations." He waved a hand weakly towards the kitchen. "Get me some bags from the fridge?" He was feeling dizzy enough that he didn't want to make the trip himself.

Dean sighed bt did as he was asked, quickly returning with three bags of blood. He wrinkled his nose looking down at the nasty things, hesitant to hand them over. "I coud get you somebody! Some custodial person or secretary working late....I'll kill them so your stupid feelings won't get in the way. It's better for you than this crap."

Lindsey started to shake his head but froze when that turned out to not work well with his spinning vision. "That's not the problem... I don't want to draw more attention to us and we don't have time to go out and hunt. I want us on the road, out of the city and away from Wolfram and Hart before we hunt again."

He reached out for the bags of blood, and as he ripped one open with his teeth, he glanced up at Dean. "Will you be alright with that? Being on the road and constantly moving for a while?" Lindsey tried to think how he could pull some strings to get the Impala fitted with vampire-safe glass. He might know a few people who owed him favors.

Dean grimaced seeing Lindsey eat that disgusting shit, finally settling down at the kitchen table. He tried his best to hide his disgust though. "Dude I was on the road non stop since I was four, staying in one place seems weird."

It wasn't delicious and it was nothing like the fare he used to have from the man before him, but Lindsey swallowed it quickly to get it over with. One bag gone, two more to go.

"Alright... is there anything here that you want to pack with you? We're leaving tonight, and with luck, we're never coming back." Although Lindsey tried to stay and sound confident, his insecurity showed in the flash of his eyes. Going on the run like this, so sudden and with a powerful enemy pursuing them, wasn't something he could really prepared for.

"Yeah I'll go back a duffel of essentials, other than that I just need my car and we're golden." Dean grinned and walked into the bedroom to start packing. Suddenly going on the run with a powerful enemy pursuing him was what he did best, this all just felt like coming home. He could be confident enough for both of them.

"I'll meet you down here in half an hour," Lindsey called from the kitchen when he finished the last bag of blood. "I'm going to grab some things from my apartment too. And if you have room, pack these ingredients. We might need this ink stuff for later."

"Should we meet here or in the parking garage?" He poked his head out of the room to look at Lindsey. "And what are we doing about money? I have some cash, do you? I mean we can't use your credit cards."

"I have... some." Not a lot though, probably not enough to last them more than a week, a month if they're really careful. "You still remember how to run your credit card scams?"

He moved to the door. "Parking garage's fine if you're alright with that."

"I do, plus we could always just kill people and take their money," Dean shrugged and turned to go back into the bedroom. Why do it the hard way?

Rather than think about that, Lindsey just said, "I'll see you downstairs."

He went up to his apartment and took it apart methodologically, taking cash and things that he thought would be useful on the run from Wolfram and Hart. Secret files, cash, but more importantly, his guitar and some old clothes that he would probably never be caught dead wearing in Wolfram and Hart.

Even now he only packed them into a case for fear of drawing attention to himself before he got out of the building.

About twenty minutes later, he was on the parking level waiting for Dean.

The elevator opened and finally Dean made his way out, two bags in hand full of clothes, toiletries, and his game system....he earned that thing. Not to mention cash. "We're taking my car, yours is cute but you can live out of my car. Trust me."

He walked passed Lindsey, keys in hand to unlock the trunk and toss the bags inside, making sure his hidden compartments weren't visible.

Lindsey placed his stuff next to Dean's, carefully putting the guitar case in last. He never even thought of taking his own car, it was the company's and he had no special attachment to it. "Wouldn't even think of it if it's still bugged with the trackers you planted."

"I'll need to get us to a payphone away from here so I can make a call. First stop, we're getting your windows necro-tempered.

"Yeah that sounds good...so whats with the guitar?". He folded his arms across his chest, smirking slighty. "You say pack the essentials...and you bring a guitar."

Lindsey gave Dean a 'shut up' look as he marched over to the passenger's side of the car. "I like that instrument," he muttered, leaving unsaid that this and his car, not the company given crap he drove, was the only thing from home that he cared about. He had his beauty put into storage and he had brought with him the keys. "And it is essentials, I can play for money. Now open the doors so we can leave."

"We are not going to perform on the street like hobos or college kids. We'll hustle pool and kill people like adults.". Dean circled around to the drivers seat and got in, starting the car. "You could always play for me though."

Lindsey gave Dean an unimpressed look although his eyes did widen slightly when Dean suggested being interested in his music. "I meant play in bars. Some places pay decently for live music in their place. That was how I earned money sometimes when I was in school."
