Intimacy is the glue of any relationship, albeit romantic or friendship. It's getting to the root of humanity, and expanding upon ourselves and letting others in.

Rules:
1. Post with your character.
2. Go to rng and roll from 1-6.

Scenes:
1. First Kiss. Maybe you've been harboring feelings or maybe this is random. But it feels good to be that close to someone.

2. Love Confession. You have been head over heels for this person and now it's time to try and get close to them.

3. Secrets. You've been hiding yourself from someone and now it's time to stop. They need to know the real you.

4. First Time. First time you have sex is always nerve racking, but it's in these moments that you show how much you truly care about someone.

5. Shower. Perhaps you've been together for awhile. Maybe you've told each other everything. Maybe you're just dirty and need to get cleaned up. But letting the water flow between two people is still pretty intimate.

6. Post-Coital Bed. Do you feel talkative after sex? Want to ponder the meaning of life / if you guys are more than a one-night stand? Better to do it after the deed probably.. at least your partner will be in a good mood?

7. Road Trip. Good for that bonding experiance you never had! Bad diner food and weird landmarks you never knew you wanted to see! Will it bring you closer to your friend / lover?

8. Drunk. Are you the happy or sad kind? Clingy, or flighty? Maybe you just need a hug, to snuggle close.. to whoever's around at the time!

9. Winter. What could be a better time to curl up with a book, or exchange soft words in the glow of the fire? Hot chocolate time!

10. Free verse. Did I leave something out? Want to combine? Make up your own or pick from the others.

As if sensing Dean's nervousness, Lindsey turned and silenced those questions by leaning over the gear stick to kiss those lips. "I will teach you," Lindsey assured although he wasn't all that confident in matters of hunting himself. "But I need to make that call and I thought you would prefer to find a meal first."

He smiled softly and circled a hand to gently hold Dean by the nape of his neck like how he had wanted to earlier. "You were a hunter, Dean. I thought you'd know more about this sort of thing than I would."

(( Ohh, no hurry. I just want to make sure it wasn't a case of LJ eating notifs, which happens a lot, or you losing interest. I was just thinking about that thread the other day and wondered. ))

As if a switch had been flipped Dean instantly called down, returning the kiss and leaning into every touch Linsey gave him. He sighed,letting himself relax and nodded. "I'll be fine...if I can't get myself to shiftill just slice their throat," he shrugged and flashed Lindsey a smile.

Lindsey grimaced at that. "You'll shift. A small nick and the smell of blood should be enough to trigger it at your stage. It's better and less messy than slicing their throat."

He ran his thumb over the bottom of Dean's lip to trace the shape of his childe's smile. "See if you can control yourself enough to save some for me."

That just made his grin widen, tongue darting out to catch his sire's thumb. "I'll meet you back here, okay?"

"Nah, I'll come find you. You're not dragging a bloody body back to your car, Dean." Lindsey laughed at just the image that painted.

"Shouldn't take me more than a few minutes to finish up the call."

"Well actually I was gonna lead them back here and then bite them...but you're right. That could stain my seats.". He leaned over nd kissed him again, turning off the car. "See you soon."

Giving Dean an encouraging pat on his back, he lightly pushed the vampire out his door before getting out on his own. With a nod to Dean, Lindsey went to where he said he would and dialed in a number from memory.

The conversation ended up being longer than he anticipated, especially when trying to pull weight by tossing the name of a company that he no longer worked for. But his professional bluffing worked, and fifteen minutes later, he was on his way to searching out Dean to tell him the good news.

Deal was kneeling in a near by alley, blood dripping from his chin as he tore into a second girl. The first one lay dead beside him with her throat torn out. This one was for his sire...but he figured he could maybe sneak a little taste. She was struggling in his arms, trying to scream from behind where his hand covered her mouth and Dean couldn't help enjoying the fight a little.

With the strong scent of blood in the air, it wasn't hard for Lindsey to follow his nose to find Dean in the nearby alley. Even to Lindsey's untrained eye it was a good spot. The alley bent out of sight from the main road and was completely shrouded in darkness. If not for a vampire's nocturnal vision, Lindsey doubted he would've been able to see his hand before his face.

He came to a silent stop a ways from Dean and the girl, just watching silently to see if Dean will notice him first. In truth, Lindsey wasn't all that eager to jump into Dean's fight.

Dean pulled away from the struggling girl, perking up when he smelled the other vampire. He turned around, golden eyes shinning bright as he grinned proudly at his sire. Any scrap of the human hunter was burned away from the vampire as he held the girl out to Lindsey, still making sure he couldn't talk. "I got her for you."

Lindsey approached, noting the marks of blood that oozed from the bite on her neck, then the dead body that was already beside Dean. The girls weren't too young but were definitely not old enough to considered 'women'. He noticed how they both wore skirts that would attract predators and put on makeup like girls on a night out in town. Lindsey cleaned up enough to know they wouldn't be missed tonight if they disappeared.

Carefully avoiding looking into the girl's panicking eyes, made even worse when she obviously couldn't see, Lindsey moved straight for Dean. He kissed his childe, moaning softly at the warmth that now filled the younger vampire and the sweetness that still covered those lips and mouth. When he broke free, he licked a trail across that blood spattered chin.

"Did you have enough?"

Dean melted into the kiss, immediatly opening for his Sire. His ridged, monstrous features quickly giving way to the pretty ones that made getting those too morons to follow him almost embarrassingly easy. He'd done everything just like he'd been told, and he'd done an awesome job.

He purred once Lindsey pulled away, still holding out the girl. "I'm good, you eat now."

Finally Lindsey allowed himself to look at his offered meal. The girl was crying, sobbing quietly against' Dean's hand even when they were loud and clear to his vampiric hearing.

Thankfully, her mascara smudged face was held facing away from him so he couldn't see it from where he stood. It didn't really make things easier, but Lindsey did nod and, while she remained gripped in Dean's hand, he began to drain the poor soul.

Hot blood splashed into his mouth when his fangs dug further into the bite Dean already made. It was heaven compared to the bagged trash he had earlier, and moaning, he drained her nearly halfway when he stopped. Her struggles had grown weak in Dean's arms but she was still breathing, and her heart still beating, when Lindsey pulled sway.

"Enough..."

He grinned watching his Sire feed, but his expression dropped when he pulled away. "What do you mean enough? She isn't dead yet!". He leaned forward, putting a hand on his shoulder. "It's ok, you don't have to stop like you always did with me...she doesn't matter and I know you gotta be hungry. Come on...,it's ok."

At Dean's words the girl made some weak noise of protest but Lindsey only shook his head. He didn't care that the clients he worked for killed people, but when it came to him dishing out the death, he found he couldn't do it.

"I know she doesn't, but if you're asking me to..." He leaned into Dean's hold as if it was a source of comfort. His face dropped out of its vampiric features. "I can't..."

His face darkened and he pulled his hand away. "Fine.". He didn't know why it bothered him so much, if he felt judged for killing people when his sire wouldn't or confused about how to follow the mans orders, but mostly it just felt wrong.

He pulled his hand away from the girls mouth, instantly causing her to start pleading for her life. That quickly ended however with an echoing crack as Dean snapped her neck and let her fall lifelessly to the ground. He stood up, not looking at Lindsey and started to turn away. "Maybe you can stomache her now, I'll meet you at the car."

Lindsey flinched when Dean jerked his hand away. It was lesser to his flinch from the snap of the girl's neck, but he recovered quickly enough to reach out and grab the vampire's arm before Dean could leave.

"Wait! Dean..." he called, feeling like he was the inferior one because he couldn't kill. "I... Don't be angry."

"I'm not angry, I'm just....I want you to be normal...can't you be ok with killing people and still care about me?". He wanted to think the soulless version cared about him, he was soulless and he cared about Lindsey.

Lindsey had to blink. That sounded so wrong that for a moment the lawyer was completely at a loss for words. Was this what he had done to the hunter by making him soulless?

"Dean..." Reaching up, he caressed his thumb over Dean's face to calm his childe down. "I'll try, alright? I'd do it for you." He tried to make himself smile.

He shook his head, lowering his eyes but not pulling back. "Yeah but then you're miserable....and I don't want you miserable. I want you happy...like I am. If you have to kill people you're sad, if you watch me kill people you're sad. And....I'm new at this, I don't know what I'm doing. I need your help and I don't know if you can do what you'd have to if something happened."

"Dean, I don't owe the world anything, I don't care what happens to them." Lindsey caressed down Dean's cheek to cup his chin and tilt it up so Lindsey could catch his childe's eyes.

"I swear, I'm happy if you are. I'm a lawyer, right? Even with a soul, we're called soulless to begin with." He tried for the smile again, this time coming easier. "I'll do whatever it takes to keep you happy. I can, I will, and I'll help you however I can. I won't let anything happen."

Dean did his best to smile. Lindsey's words were nice...they really were but they were also....a lot and made him feel kind of uncomfortable. "I want you happy too....you will be when we fix you."

Lindsey tried not to show how uncomfortable he was from Dean's words. Slowly he shook his head in regret. "I don't want to be soulless, Dean. I'm afraid I'll lose what matters the most." He looked into his childe's eyes as he said that, conveying to Dean that he was what Lindsey cared about.

Before the situation could get more awkward, Lindsey was the first to look away. "Let's get back to the car. I arranged it with the shaman and he can get the glass enchanted before sunrise."

"You wouldn't kill me...you made me this way," he gestured to the two bodies and turned, starting back towards the car. "Fine, stay like this...not like I'm gonna go anywhere.". He opened the door of the car, mumbling under his breathe. "Even if you are a pussy."

"I heard that," Lindsey grumbled back as he got back into his passenger seat.

He kept to himself he wasn't afraid that he'll kill the younger vampire, but of losing his feelings for him. His soulless side wouldn't understand things like caring or l—... consider Dean's point of view. It cared about possessing, owning, a fast climb to power, and Dean would be more of a slave and less a companion.

"Remember, just because I'm souled doesn't mean I can't beat you up."
