► They are now, for some odd reason, sick (headache, fever, runny nose, cough, whatever you want).
► Another character replies and is struck with the sudden urge to take care of them (bringing them soup, extra blankets, Sudafed, sexual healing, what have you).
► Go from there!

[You have been caught red handed, dear doctor.] It is indeed. [He sits the tray across her lap before leaning over to fluff her pillow a bit.] I know you proclaim you are not sick, yet your temperature says otherwise. So until your thermometer agrees with you, I ask that you will please stay in bed. You are too valuable to be running around with a cold that could turn into something worse at a moment's notice.

*Curses.

Tensing when he places it on her lap, she knows she's been caught but at least his bedside care is on point, which she can dutifully admire.* I'm aware of the consequences of illness, Herr Kurt. *She looks down at the soup and juice and...gives in.

Thankful, she reaches out to touch his hand but soon pulls back, remembering she's sick with a faint laugh.* I don't want you to get ill either.

Thank you. You're one of the few people who doesn't get frustrated or just dumps the soup on me.

That is what all doctors say. And yet they refuse to admit they are sick. How curious. [Kurt gives her a teasing smile and shakes his head.] Do not worry about my getting sick-- my immune system is quite robust.

As for getting frustrated, I have no right to do so. After all, when I get a cold every time I sneeze I teleport against my will. I have been told that trying to hunt me down is a task in and of itself.

We spend so much time fighting illnesses we find it unfathomable that we, ourselves, could catch it. *There's a faint light tug on her lips from a smile to show she's teasing. She knows Doctors can be such a handful.

Sitting up a little more straight, careful of the platter across her, she looks at the food while realizing she really is hungry. Denying that she's sick certainly took up most of her attention with little left for food. But the meal he's prepared for her is beyond anything she can ask for.*

A task any would undertake to make sure you're alright.

This is wonderful, your bedside manner is all anyone could hope for. Thank you, Kurt.

Oh, I know. My friend, Dr. McCoy, is impossible when he gets sick. And he is a giant furry blue man who can solve a rubiks cube with his toes--and also use said cube as a deadly weapon.

[Kurt shakes his head, smiling teasingly at Angela.] I cannot say that I am being entirely selfless. My bedside manner is helped by the fact that you are a very beautiful.

Certainly a doctor you will want to listen to. Rubiks cubes are rather a fun pass time but to use one as a weapon must be a first.

*She lowers her gaze with a small shy sort of smile, cheeks tinting at his compliment.* Even sick and in bed?

Henry has always been a brilliant man; I would not be surprised if he has invented several fighting styles using idle brain toys.

[Oh, that blush is enchanting.] Yes. A silly little cold can do nothing to diminish your beauty.

Hehe, just be sure not to get hit by one of them, please. It certainly would be a story to tell, though.

*Shoulders lax with that hint of shyness still there. Fareeha, Hana, Brigitte, all of them, and more, were so much more beautiful than her; she's just the doctor who flies in to try and save everyone, resurrects without consequence, and often the first to be shot at. It's...sweet to feel pretty though.* You're too kind. You truly do make a perfect care taker to the ill.

*She tries to stifle a small smirk behind her hand but mostly ends up coughing, quick to clear her throat. Not exactly a beautiful move on her part.*

Danke. [Kurt perches in a chair next to her bed, trying to give her a stern look but unable to keep the playful gleam in his eyes.] Now, I am going to sit here and make sure you eat every scrap of that food, Doctor.
