Let's hope you're not squeamish. Even if you are, you're going to have to power through it, because your crush, significant other, lover, or fellow practitioner in romantic tension has been battered and bruised. The degree of severity, from a minor scrape to a life-threatening injury, can vary, as can the reason - they may even be hurt because of you. If that's the case, you have all the more reason to tend to their wounds with your own two hands.
No one can take care of them like you can.
Bust out the bandages, even if they don't want you to worry over them or can't believe that anyone would. Though it's not your intention, if you're genre savvy, you may know that your best Florence Nightingale may be the final push if you're not together-together.
That's assuming if you both don't pass out from botched first aide before any of that happens. Don't forget that a kiss to make it better is critical!
- Comment with your character, preferences, and the role you'd like to play - the injured or the attending. Also, would you like a pre-established relationship? One just on the cusp of becoming realized? Etc?

One of the men sitting at the table was observing Azula and how she immediately turned bashful when it came to Solatra, and he leaned closer to warn her not to get jealous. He was like that with most people that arrived, giving them constant attention and care until they figured out how to make their own way. This wasn't the first time someone had gotten attached to him because he was ridiculously nice. That earned him a punch in the shoulder from Sola, though his ears had started to burn.]
That's why I keep saying to wait a while. Let the shine wear off. Get a more stable mindset. So don't tease her, Gozer. It's rude, especially at the table.
[He frowned at the man until he'd sat up again and returned to his supper, then cleared off his own plate and sat back, waiting until the others had started to do the same. He would be helping to clear the table, but after that, he was free to do as he wished.]

It's... True that Solatra is the first person in my life to show me genuine kindness. But the same could be said of all of you, offering me your food and your home to take as my own.
Solatra is special to me, of that I'm sure. What kind of special... We have yet to see.
[At least she's still good at public speaking! She stayed behind to help with the table as well, but then retreated off to bed to make it an early night.]

So he heads to his barn and lights his lamp, settling in for the night with a book propped open against the wall and his arm under his head. He would be asleep soon, and more likely than not, he would be the one to wake Azula in the morning to start their day. She would be put on the same duty most new arrivals were, which was clothes to be scrubbed, rinsed, and hung to dry. No doubt she wouldn't know the first thing about doing laundry, given what she'd let them know about her upbringing.]

Morning... I couldn't sleep.
[She put her head against his chest and sighed. She could manage on very little sleep. It was unpleasant, but it wasn't crippling. But she felt better when he was nearby.]

Give it time, you'll sleep a little better after you get used to the new surroundings and a lack of people actively trying to hurt you.
[He spoke quietly, staying there a moment longer before finally sliding her back enough for him to stand. He offered her his hand then led the way out to where the massive, lightly steaming tub of water was already being loaded with laundry and soap and stirred around by one of the mute mages. She smiled faintly when Solatra approached with his guest in tow, moving aside once he'd taken up a seat. He would be teaching Azula the basics today of the lighter work, now that the sun was on its way up.]
I know you don't like water, but just remember, it's not going to hurt you on its own. So, just watch us and do what we do.

[She really, really doesn't like the idea of putting her hands in water. It's going to be unpleasant, and wet, and... She takes a deep breath and nods her head.]
Okay. I... I can do this. I can do this.
[And soon, she does get the hang of it. Although the clothes feel slimy and the water feels decidedly wet, she manages to lose herself in the focus of doing it correctly. And the water stays piping hot while she's working.]

I don't suppose you ever spent time around servants or slaves or whathaveyou to learn any of this.
[It isn't accusatory, simply conversation as he works to wring the water out of the clothes before handing them over to be hung up to dry. He can hear a commotion closer by the house, but he pays it no mind. Either it'll sort itself out, or he'll have to go and see about whatever it was. His mabari was old, but intimidating enough, and when paired with him, it tended to stop arguments with outsiders damned quick.]

[She shuddered thinking about the burn scar across Zuko's face. She'd enjoyed seeing it given to him, because it decisively ended their stalemate about who was loved more, but... In the intervening years, while Zuko was out hunting the Avatar, she'd realised that she was no better off than he was--one false move and she too could have been given the same treatment. It had taught her to emulate her father, as close to flawlessly, lest she find herself in an unpleasant position.
I spent time around the soldiers... I could, once I'm all healed up, easily take on two or three men your size. Evenly.
