Let's hope you're not squeamish. Even if you are, you're going to have to power through it, because your crush, significant other, lover, or fellow practitioner in romantic tension has been battered and bruised. The degree of severity, from a minor scrape to a life-threatening injury, can vary, as can the reason - they may even be hurt because of you. If that's the case, you have all the more reason to tend to their wounds with your own two hands.

No one can take care of them like you can.

Bust out the bandages, even if they don't want you to worry over them or can't believe that anyone would. Though it's not your intention, if you're genre savvy, you may know that your best Florence Nightingale may be the final push if you're not together-together.

That's assuming if you both don't pass out from botched first aide before any of that happens. Don't forget that a kiss to make it better is critical!

Comment with your character, preferences, and the role you'd like to play - the injured or the attending. Also, would you like a pre-established relationship? One just on the cusp of becoming realized? Etc?

Scott is not, and has never been, untouchable in Lark's mind. Dangerous? Yes. It's part of why he likes him. But wolves can be killed by the squeeze of a trigger, and Scott's heart pumps blood. Lark knows. He smells it, hears it, every time they're together.

But it's still a surprise to smell blood, and he races along, trying to find the source before it's tapped out.

Another thing they have in common - part of what Scott likes about Lark is that he's dangerous. Two things: There's never a doubt in his mind that being a wolf means Lark can't be hurt or killed.

He's had Lark's blood all over his hands, after all.

At the moment, though, the blood on Scott is Scott's, thanks to a really unpleasant encounter with a freaked out Luthor. He's in the hallway of the forth floor, jeans soaked with blood and leaving bloody handprints against the wall he's using for support.

But, hell, he's still up.

Mostly.

Mostly is probably why he actually growls at the sound of footsteps pounding toward him. Defensive much? Yeah.

"I'm rubbing off on you," is what Lark says when he hears him and a second later steps around the corner and sees him. Not 'what happened', not 'how bad are you hurt'.

But he does press forward to take Scott's weight onto his shoulders, growling or not.

The growl's gone as soon as he can identify Lark and he doesn't even protest the support. Uses it to keep himself up with practiced efficiency, but doesn't protest it.

"A Wolverine rubbed off on me first. You're a lot more pleasant." He's headed for his room, and with Lark's help it's not going to take long to get there. "Door's still open."

"I keep hearing that." He pushes the door open and half-carries Scott inside. "That Wolverine is an asshole, not that I'm better than he is. Although..."

He sets Scott on the nearest available surface. "First aid kit? You have to have one."

Castiel stared at Dean where he lay on the hotel bed, shaking his head as he walked over. "One of these days you're going to need much more than just patching up, Dean." He said, jaw clenching as he grabbed the first aid duffel bag and hauled it up on the bed next to the hunter.

He started digging through it, pulling out what he would need to patch the man up. Dean had started getting adamant about Castiel not using his powers to heal him. It was better for him he said.

He grunts when he's put on the bed and after a moment of being fairly dizzy leans down to start untying and removing his shoes. So he can take care of getting himself cleaned up, because that's how this works.

"He's an asshole, I'm a dick, the jokes make themselves and the first-aid kit is in under the bathroom sink."

Along with cleaning supplies.

"Ow--" Matt has been trying to be stoic, usually he can let the pain wash over him, but that glass shard Danny pulled out of his shoulder had to be-- fucking-- "Holy shit, how long is that--?" Feels like a foot of glass, even if he knows it can't possibly be--

Danny hums out a soft 'shhh' and lets the piece of glass clink down on the glass top of his side table, trying to keep him as still as possible so he doesn't lose sight of the shard he'd missed.

"Centimeter, maybe."
