How does it work? Simple! Choose a relationship (or roll for one, if it suits your fancy), and then RNG for a situation! That, or just go straight for whatever situation appeals to you. These are all fairly vague: just something to start you off!  Parent-Child      1. Rock-a-Bye How do you get a fussy child to sleep? Read them a story, sing them a lullaby, or just let them stay up until they exhaust themselves? Whatever the choice, it is time for bed.       2. For The First Time You've never met this person in your life, but it turns out they're one of the two reasons you exist. Maybe they walked out when you were young. Maybe they never knew you were born. Whatever the reason, it is now time to meet them.       3. Past Midnight That curfew was set for a reason. Now it's two AM, and your kid is just now dragging in. Maybe they're drunk. Or got into a fight. Or just had way too much fun snogging their new love interest. It's time for them to face the music.       4. New Home It's the first day of your new life together, as parent and child. Whether it's through adoption, a basket on the front steps, or a wish come true, both of you are going to have to learn to take your steps together.       5. Holiday It could be Christmas, Easter, or just a birthday, but it is time to celebrate! [She refuses to look higher than the PDA for a moment before she backs away, going to put on her shoes.]

I-I'm going to be late. [She'll leave the second her shoes are on. She just kind of forgot everything, including her bookbag.]

[Celty watches her go before preparing for her own day, puzzling over what just happened.

Worst case scenario: Kido was abducted by aliens. What were you supposed to do in that situation? They said on tv that they could infect you with parasites and take control of your body. She barely knew Kido, how was she supposed to know if she was a parasite?

After getting out of the shower and getting dressed, she notices the bookbag. Oh shit. She quickly grabs it, makes a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and anything else she thinks Kido missed. She quickly hops on her bike and heads in the direction of the school. Kido probably had a 20-30 minute lead on her. Hopefully she could make it in time.]

[Kido is not at the school. She is at a park nearby, sitting on a bench and trying, concentrating so hard on not being invisible.

There's no way she's going to be able to stay. Celty's going to realize. She's going to find out. She's going to know she's a monster and kick her out. That's how it always goes. She just didn't expect it to be so soon this time.]

[If it weren't for Kido's green hair, Celty probably would've driven by without a second glance. It takes two glances for her to process it too, slowing coming to stop at the traffic light in confusion.

Kids can skip school? That's a thing they can do?]

[Well, they're not supposed to. Kido's just too scared to go, honestly? She's not great at being a delinquent, right now, either.]

[Laws are hard to remember, she can understand the unspoken "delinquent" laws being difficult too.

She pulls over, patting the bike carefully, before strolling over with the bag.]

[Kido doesn't notice her until she's pretty much right next to her. And then she shoots up like she's going to run, but there's nowhere to run so she just... waits to be scolded?]

[Oh whoops, she startled her. She didn't mean to do that. She does that awkward "what do I do now" stare before slowly lifting up the bag to Kido.]
