Ronan isn't planning it. [ To carry on their previous conversation, and maybe to reassure her more. Not that Gansey or Adam would let things get too out of control, anyway. ]
Are you disappointed? [ She turns to him, smiling a bit cheekily. It might be to cover up her nervousness from earlier or just because she feels it's time to tease him a bit. ]
There will be other parties. [ So even if he could possibly be disappointed this one time, there will be more opportunities for Ronan to wreak havoc under the guise of celebrating. Not that he ever needs a reason. In fact, Noah adds: ]
I wonder what kind he likes- [ She thinks about the one's he got her. Normally she doesn't think about those things, but that was quite the tender gesture. ] Oh, and I think that'd have to be a toy car. I'm not rolling in money, you know.
[ He grows quiet, either because he won't rebuke her statement or he's thinking. Or maybe he's just being Noah, it's hard to tell. He moves his hands from his sides, to his lap, but shortly back to his sides again. During the silence, he fades a little. Nothing startling, and Blue being near keeps him stable - It's almost like a small flicker of an otherwise steady candle. ]
[ She looks over and sees this happening, which causes her to scoot a little closer. Quietly, and without offering any explanation, she reaches out to lay a hand on his. ]
It's not that. I'm just not really used to having friends I'd like to tell these things, you know?
[ She pats his hand, always conscious of where it is and how present he is. ] I'm getting used to it. I guess Adam is too.
[ Blue waits quietly, as if anticipating the thought being finished at some later time. She doesn't want to interrupt, if he is indeed trying to decide what he wants to say. If there's something else going on, her intuitive senses aren't picking up on what that might be. Finally: ] Noah?
[ He's pulled from his reverie, or endless pit of amnesia, or whatever was going on there, to look at Blue. He realizes the gap in what he wanted to say, to now. He shrinks back a little, though it's not far enough to move his hand from underneath hers. ]
A lot of things aren't. [ She waves her other hand as if to dismiss all the unimportant thoughts in the world, as if to imply Noah would never need to remember any of them. ] Don't worry about it, okay?

Do you not want us to celebrate?
