Dean lands with a soft thump on the mattress and glares at Gabriel. How dare he drop him just because he was a cat and lands on his feet? Dean jumps from the bed and runs over to the table, jumping up on it before Gabriel can even finish putting half the tuna in the bowl. He's already digging his face into the bowl seeking that delicious smell. He's so hungry he's trying to eat even though Gabe's hands are in the way.

Because Dean can and will cope.

"Hey, come on." Gabriel scoops Dean up with one hand so he could finish putting the tuna in without dumping it on top of Dean's head. "You wanna eat your food, not wear it. Chill."

Completely done, he sets Dean back down on the table and lets him have at before snapping a second bowl into existence and taking it over to the sink to fill with water to bring back to the table.

Dean tries to wiggle out of that one handed hold because FOOD! He wants all the foods right this second and he has to eat all of it before someone either takes it away or eats it. As soon as he can he's devouring it with gusto totally ignoring Gabriel and the bowl of water for the moment.

Yeah, get out of an archangel's hold before he's done? Dream on.

Gabriel watches Dean critically. "If you throw up from eating too fast, I'm not cleaning up after you."

Dean would like to think that if Dean threw up ON Gabriel he would have to clean it up...or maybe just on his jacket or something. But at the moment he's still eating. Once he's finished he drinks some water and then jumps down off the table and heading back to the bed. He jumps up and settles against the warmth that is the archangel.

Like Gabriel's not smart or fast enough to get out of the way of incoming cat puke?

Gabriel runs a hand down Dean's back again, petting him. "You aren't gonna spend the rest of your life as a cat are you? Who did you piss off?"

Dean wonders if Gabriel can hear him like this if he thinks hard enough. Problem is he's a cat...easily dis...He stares at a speck of dust as it floats across the room. A couple moments later he's back to himself and then blinking up at Gabriel. He tries really hard to think the word 'Witch.'

That prompts Gabriel to go absolutely still as the lights flicker although fortunately not explode.

"Who is this witch?" His voice is quiet and deadly. If Dean needed a reminder of who and what Gabriel was, he's probably getting it.

Dean once again tries super hard to tell Gabriel where she is, except there's a string on the bed and he just has to bat at it. He doesn't want to do it...except that he does. He rolls around on the bed batting at the string and pulling at it trying to get it closer to chew on. If he was lucky Gabriel might had managed to discern 'Newkirk Rd, Willington, Nebraska' before the kitty instincts to play took over again.

Gabriel sighs and forces himself to calm down before something blows. State Dean's in, he'd probably hide under the bed if a light-bulb exploded.

He snaps his fingers, creating a catnip mouse toy, and dangles it within Dean's field of vision by the tail. May as well give him something to go crazy over, since he's currently gone full cat.

Dean stills and watches that mouse with the utmost intent. His eyes track it back and forth focused, he's going to get it. He slowly crouches preparing to spring up and claim it. 'Here little mouse toy, you're all mine now!' Dean pounces for Gabriel's hand, he wants that damn mouse and he will get it.

Gabe's right, if something exploded he'd have one hell of a time getting Dean out from under the bed.

Gabriel jerks his hand back. Both to keep Dean from digging in his claws in it and to keep the mouse just out of reach. He's going to make him work for it.

Dean retreats and moves to crouch and repeat the actions. He will get it, Gabriel and it would be wise to let him have it. Instead of going right for the mouse he goes for Gabriel's arm. He's still enough Dean to realize that the arm holding the toy is easier to get than the toy. He wraps all four of his legs around the offending arm and bats at it playfully, no claws.

Gabriel looks down at the cat hanging off his arm and snorts. "That's cheating."

He flicks the cat toy to land on the floor about halfway around the room. Go get it, Tiger.

All is fair in the pursuit of cat toys! Dean promptly releases Gabriel's arm when the toy is flung away. He moves quickly pouncing on the toy and batting it around the room before picking it up in his mouth and shaking it around a bit. Once his tongue tastes the fabric around the mouse the catnip assaults his senses.

fuck yes!! Dean is totally in love with this mouse and he is totally going to roll all over it. He rubs it all over his face 100% at peace with the world.

Okay, looks like Dean's one of the ones that mellows out instead of racing around like he's on uppers. Gabriel reaches out telekinetically and tugs at the mouse. Not much, just enough to give Dean a chance to go after it again.

Dean chases after it with gusto really enjoying this. Come morning he's going to be completely embarrassed but right now he doesn't care.

Eventually he flops on the floor staring at Gabriel. It's fairly obvious that his eyes are dilated but oh is he happy as he lays there.

"All played out, Deano?" Watching this has been entertaining and will give Gabriel fodder for years.

Dean meows and just closes his eyes to sleep. A few hours later a light fills the room as he transforms back into a man, naked on the floor. He groans waking and glances around terrified. "What the fuck happened?"

"You got in touch with your inner kitty, thanks to a witch you pissed off. There's half a can of tuna in the fridge. Leave it alone for in case you turn furry again tonight."

Now Gabriel folds his arms across his chest and gives Dean a level look. "You're lucky that you turn into something harmless."

'I thought it was a nightmare!" Dean grimaces when Gabriel confirms what he feared had happened. "That witch was a nightmare, she cursed me before we could gank her. I thought she missed when nothing happened right afterwards. Then last night...first night of the full moon, I turned into a damn cat. I freaking allergic to myself!"

"Nope, you really had the time of your life going after a catnip toy last night." Gabriel shifts to cross his legs in front of himself as well. "So you're saying there's no one for me to kill to make it stop and you're useless during all future full moons."

"She said something about a daughter, at least I think she did. If that's true she might be able to remove it." Dean said as he finally stood up and fetched a pair of boxers. "Don't tell Sam....about the whole cat thing..."

"You mean you don't wanna tell him that if he wants a pet cat, he now just has to wait for the full moon to roll around?" Gabriel teases.

Dean groans and flops on the bed on his back. "You are never gonna let this go, are you?"
