"I wasn't as strong when I was 14....I need to be me to do what I do. I had to do it." Dean says softly as he glances over at Gabriel. "Plus, you and I wouldn't be a thing anymore..."

"Yeah, even back when fourteen was considered old enough for adult responsibilities by humans, I've steered clear," Gabriel agrees. "And I'm sure that needing to wait until you were of legal drinking age again didn't impact your decision at all."

[huntsdemons]

"It did, but it wasn't the main reason." Dean sighs and sits up. "Sam and I thought about just leaving it....because I didn't have the Mark at 14 but I had to change back. Sammy would have died and so would a lot of other really good people..including myself."

[lotsoflaughs]

"Ah ha! You do think that you're worthwhile!" Gabriel grins at Dean. Yes, he knows all about Dean's self-worth issues.

[huntsdemons]

"Only because Sam can't let me go...." Dean admits with a sigh.

Gabriel frowns at Dean. "Your father really messed you up."

[huntsdemons]

"So they say." Dean says officially checking out of this conversation. He stands up to get some coffee and then starts going through his bag making sure his weapons are in order.

[lotsoflaughs]

"Rome wasn't built in a day," Gabriel mutters to himself before raising his voice to talk to Dean. "What's your plan for if things go pear-shaped?"

[huntsdemons]

"Molotov her ass and deal with being this werecat thing forever. Unless you have a better idea."

[lotsoflaughs]

Gabriel tilts his head slightly. "My idea involves stuff you probably don't wanna watch."

[huntsdemons]

"Should I let you take care of it and then run for cover instead?"

[lotsoflaughs]

"I'm not doing a very good job of trying to talk you out of having me do everything, am I?"

[huntsdemons]

"I was being sarcastic." He grins at the Trickster. "Just try and help keep me from being like this permanently?"

[lotsoflaughs]

"Sure. I can think of more interesting things to do on full moon nights than be your catnip dealer."

[huntsdemons]

"I'm sure. Dealing just desserts to all lowlifes who deserve it and all that." Dean teases as he zips his bag up.

[lotsoflaughs]

"Among other things." Gabriel gets up from where he sprawled out and makes a show of stretching. "I imagine that the first thing you're actually going to want is food."

[huntsdemons]

Dean ignores the tight feeling his pants leave him with because they don't have time to deal with it yet. They can have some fun once this who witch and were-cat thing is taken care of. Dean rubs at his eyes with the heel of his hand. His allergies had been all jacked up the last few days because of his being a cat and all. He hated cats mostly because he was allergic to them.

"Breakfast is good."

"Upstairs brain," Gabriel admonishes. Sure, fun is fun, but there's more important things going on at the moment. He moves on. "Right. We'll get you fed first. The witch will still be there when you've eaten."

[huntsdemons]

"Hey, I'm just a human male. A human male that hasn;t had any in a while and you stretched like that on purpose. I can't help it." The hunter says with a bit of annoyance in his tone. Yes, he would love some sex please. But more important things do await. He puts his bag in the car and then closes the door heading to the restaurant beside the motel again. He would just eat breakfast there.

"Of course I did. I even actually needed it slightly." Gabriel follows Dean around because he might as well. If it wasn't too early in the day for milkshakes to be happening, he'd order one. As it is, he's just getting apple juice.

Dean sips some slightly better than motel coffee while he waits for his food. Once that arrives and he eats his fill he sits back with a sigh and finishes his coffee.

"I'm ready to go if you are." He says as he lays enough cash down to cover their tab.

"I think two or three glasses of apple juice is enough for one sitting." It's not like Gabriel really needs food, so he didn't bother.

[huntsdemons]

Nope. No food. Just candy and sugar. Lots of candy and sugar.

Dean heads for the door and back over to the motel and his car. "Shall we see if witch Jr. is home?"
