There hadn't really been much of a choice when it came to choosing an album to play. Bobbi probably didn't look it, but she really did admire David Bowie and his music. She had knelt in front of Peter's Earthbound collection of vinyl and immediately broken out into a smile when she saw 'The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars'.

She had also skipped straight to the title track, dancing in her underwear as she sang along shamelessly while Peter watched. Fingers moved through her hair or stretched for the ceiling, eyes fell closed in the moments when she was transported far away from her responsibilities and life in the real world.

Seeing Peter signalled escape for however limited the time might be, but hearing Bowie definitely helped make it complete.

Ushahin has never quite lost the habit of holding his hands close to his body, even if one is whole and hale now. There is a raven on his shoulder, and it chitters a familiar sound as the Dreamspinner's head tilts to the side, hair shadowing the ruined side of his face as he studies...well...himself. There is a familiar dagger at his hip and an oddness to the feeling of his mind, as though limbs long-cramped were finally allowed to stretch and unfurl. He is still mad, of course (what is the Dreamspinner without his madness to keep him sane?) but he reaches out to this other Ushahin as gently as he would to one of his madlings. It should be a surprise to see himself-yet-not-himself, but it takes a great deal to surprise Ushahin.
