The Interrogation Chamber
You wake up in a darkened room with a single light bulb overhead. Or maybe the lights are fluorescent, blurring out your vision and making your eyes sting.

How to Play
- Share your preferred role in your comment (Interrogator, Suspect, Either)
- Suspects: Share what your character might get in trouble for (Optional)
- Interrogators: Share what your character might being try to learn, and what methods they'll use to learn it (Optional)
Suspects
1. Innocence. Who? Where? You have genuinely no idea what this person is talking about. Maybe this is a case of mistaken identity.
2. Deception. Who? Where? It's time to lie like your life depends on it.
3. Protection. Telling the truth will put your loved one's life in danger. You're keeping your lips sealed.
4. Gloating. What's the matter? Is that all you've got?
5. Manipulation. You've been planning this all along. Who's to say you're not the one in control here?
6. Amnesia. Are you innocent? Are you guilty? You can't quite remember.
7. Framed. Someone has it out for you, and now here you are.
8. Emotional breakdown. You did something terrible in the heat of the moment, and now you need to live with it.
9. Flirtation. There's something almost seductive about keeping a secret from someone else.
10. Wildcard. Whatever you'd like!
Interrogators
a. Thievery. They have something that belongs to you. A prized possession, or perhaps even a loved one.
b. Sadism. You know perfectly well this person can't help you. You just want to make them squirm.
c. Treasure. They know where you can find something you need.
d. Infidelity. They're cheating on you. You just know it.
e. Homicide. Someone is dead, and you're sure they're to blame.
f. Mass Casualties. Something very bad is going to happen soon, and this person knows how to stop it.
g. Testing Testing. This is all test. Will your captive pass or fail?
h. Delusions. Your mind is playing tricks on you, and the person in your captivity is innocent.
i. Flirtation. Love can be found in the oddest places.
j. Wildcard. Whatever you'd like!
Methods
aa. Good cop. "Poor thing. Can I offer you a glass of water?"
ab. Bad cop. "Fuck you. You're going thirsty until I get your confession."
ac. Disorientation. Keep the suspects on their toes, never letting them know what to expect next.
ad. Torture. Electricity. Sleep deprivation. A couple of broken bones. You'll do whatever it takes to get a confession.
ae. Hypnotism. Use drugs, magic, or simply the power of suggestion to push a person to their breaking point.
af. Leverage. Whether it's blackmail or the safety of their loved ones, they need to answer your questions.
ag. Indifference. You don't care whether or not they tell the truth. You're just here for the paycheck.
ah. Tomfoolery. This isn't a real interrogation. You're just goofing around. Just japing.
ai. No rush. You know they'll confess eventually. In the meantime, they're your captive.
aj. Wildcard. Whatever you'd like!
