 the awkward first time / exploring each other meme You've never had sex before. It's okay to admit it. Or maybe, if we're being generous, you've never had sex with this person before. Either way, you're in a similar position. You're just learning what this person likes. After all, no one person is the same, especially not in the bedroom. Anyone knows that and if you don't...well, you're not in for a good time. In any case, you love them or at least like them enough that you want to make them feel good. That's going to take a bit of testing the waters. What kind of touches do they like? How hard can you go? Of course, you may feel worried and awkward. You could hurt them, couldn't you, if you're much bigger than them? They seem so delicate. What if you bite? You could get too excited, and then they'd never, ever want to see you again. Or, worst of all, what if you...you know...too soon? Hopefully, things won't get too awkward.

 MAY/DECEMBER ROMANCE A May-December romance is any where there is a larger than average age difference between the partners involved. Sometimes this is met with disapproval, sometimes it is arranged, sometimes it is abuse of power, and other times it just happens and it's no one's fault or doing. THE LOVE CONFESSIONS MEME
Confessions of feelings are rarely as nice and romantic as they seem in the Hollywood flicks. Sometimes, they're screamed across an empty house as someone leaves. Others, they whispered across white pillow cases as bodies lie close together in the dark. Of course, these feelings may not be returned, but it may be the only shot you have.
If you even meant to spill, anyway.
How to Play
- Comment with your character, putting your information and preferences somewhere in the comment.
- Comment to other characters. Roll the RNG to get your prompt, or pick one.
- Play out the scene and take it whatever direction you'd like.
- Be cute and fun or sad and depressing.
Prompts
1. Planned: You've been planning to tell this person how you feel, and you know exactly the way to do it.
2. Spontaneous: Uh-oh, it just slipped out! Maybe you weren't thinking, maybe it was a fight, but somehow, your secret's out.
3. Heat of the Moment: What's better than calling someone's name out in the trows of passion? Why, telling them you love them, of course!
4. The Last Time: You're coming clean with your feelings because you're dying, moving away, leaving the planet, going to war, whatever. Might as well when you'll probably never see them again.
5. Jealousy: You've seen the one you love in the arms of another, and you just have to let your feelings be known so they don't end up with the wrong person! Selfish, what's selfish?
6. Drunk: A drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts, so maybe you should be careful what you say, or you'll be telling your best friend you have the hots for her. Awkward.
7. Lie: You don't actually have feelings for this person, but you need them to believe that you do in order to use them, get something, or perhaps to not hurt their feelings.
8. Sweet: You confess...and they feel the same, and have wanted to say it for a while. Oh, how cute! Go on and enjoy your cute little romance.
9. One-sided: One of you confessed, but it's completely unrequited. Can you still be friends, or is that too painful?
10. Forbidden: Your love for this person is totally uncool - not allowed, even. But it has to be brought to light, preferably by you.
11. Unfulfilled: While you both love each other, you decided mutually that this can't go any further.

the "should never be together" meme.
When two people come together in a relationship, it's a beautiful thing. What can be wrong with love, right? Right? Except when the union is completely and totally wrong, for whatever reason. Then things can get a little messy.
How To Play
1. Comment with your character, listing their name, canon, etc, along with any preferences.
2. Comment around to others, using the RNG to determine the scenario. It doesn't have to be a lovey-dovey relationship, obviously. There can be hate, sorrow, lust, whatever.
3. Thread! Have fun! Do things!
Scenarios
1. Warring Factions: You belong to rival organizations, armies, clubs, etc. Whatever it is, you're not on the same team.
2. Soldiers on the Battlefield: Or maybe you are on the same side, but this is the wrong time and the wrong place. Plus, attachments cause distractions.
3. Bodyguard and the Guarded: Just like the movie with Kevin Costner! One of you has been hired to protect the other for some reason, and feelings are starting to grow. Are you a professional and cut things off, or do you give in?
4. Prince/ss and Knight: Similar to the above, but with a whole 'nother level of wrong...one of you is royal. Courtly love is okay; still, don't forget your place.
5. Enemies: This vendetta is personal, and you totally hate this person! Don't you? Perhaps you're maybe just rivals, or something as serious as superhero and villain.
6. Family: The ultimate taboo. This person is related to you, so there's no way you should indulge this desire, even if it's the most pure love there ever was.
7. Age Difference: The years between you should keep you both at bay, but it's easier said than done.
10. Teacher/Student: Teachers and students have a unique bond, and to corrupt it is a dangerous thing. Will you dare to act on emotions that could put you both in a destructive place?
11. Already Spoken For: One or both of you are already involved with someone else, but the heart wants what the heart wants. Just know that you can't have your cake and eat it, too.
12. Not Compatible: Your personalities or jobs make it so it's hard for you to be together.
13. Not Compatible...in Another Way: You're both different species, which means you're either afraid to take your relationship to a physical level or you can't because of differences in biologies.
14. Not Ready for Love: You took a vow (or celibacy, of chastity, of dedication), you're married to your work, or you just don't want to be involved with anyone. Too bad!
15. Rich and Poor: One of you has the money while the other is from more modest means. Can the 1% and the 99% ever be bedfellows, literally?
16. Hurt Before: Your heart has been broken, and maybe there's been no time to heal. But here you are.

Your genetic material is needed and, perhaps, your body, as well, depending on your gender and species. There's even a likelihood that you've known this all of your life. But you don't have to know that to make the one thing any less true - your being used to breed is inevitable. Of course, that doesn't mean you're prepared, informed or not; knowing you'll be used to continue your line or else, in which "else" is threatening yet vague, can be emotionally taxing for even the strongest. At least you can choose who you breed with, can you not? There is one shot at agency there. In some cases, that may be an option. In others, you may have already had someone chosen for you, or you must mate with whoever is available to you. At least there's an possibility to enjoy it? Surely, some consent can be found. Somewhere, maybe, if the two of you really do want to be together and create new life. All depends on the path you're set on, but all paths lead to one fixed point. Through Hell I Met You

The fact settles in your stomach like an ice cold rock. There's a good chance you're going to die here.
It's not surprising, really; you're either a prisoner in a most dangerous place possible or stuck in a cataclysmic event, both choices equally terrifying. You are surrounded on all sides by death, torture, despair, and hopelessness...all this, but you are not alone. Through this experience, you have come to meet someone else, someone in the same situation as you, a prisoner or a survivor. Perhaps you are both ruthless fighters, or total pacifists, or some combination of power and a calming influence - an important mix, given than you can't lose your heads.
This complete degradation and mutual understanding has brought you together in in a way no one else can understand. This bond is not platonic; romantic may not be the right word, not exactly, but you are closer to them than you've ever been with anyone else. It's a fire-forged relationship, made in the most dire of times. To you, they are your world. And you've made a promise, to them and to yourself. You'll get them out of this alive.
