Knotting is a popular sub-genre of fiction that has become popular recently. The genre gives canine-type characteristics to male characters wherein the penile shaft enlarges as he approaches his orgasm to tie both him and his partner together for up to twenty minutes. The knot provides both a way to claim, and in case of a situation where pregnancy is a possibility, prevents sperm from leaking out.

While this can include Alpha/Beta/Omega play, heats, and similar genres, this isn't entirely required for this meme. For those interested in even edgier play, including full-out bestiality, there are options.

It's okay, no one's died. You aren't in agony or anything. You just had one of those days. A little unwell perhaps, or you've said something stupid or fell on your face, or maybe it's the weather. Either way, it's nothing serious, but you're feeling down: you could do with some Tender Loving Care.

This meme is basically for light or fluffy hurt/comfort. Participating characters aren't in a particularly bad way - no gore, existential angst or end of the world scenarios here, please - just in need of someone to be nice to them and maybe make them a cuppa. Here are some suggestions!

1. Injury: Sprained ankle, bump on the head, a really bad paper cut. You're not bleeding out, but you still appreciate that ice pack.
2. Illness: Just because it's the dreaded manflu doesn't mean no one should make you chicken soup. It's for the soul!
3. Tired/sore: Will it be a cup of hot cocoa, someone to tuck you in, or maybe a nice full body massage?
4. Failure: This is the third attempt at cake that you've burned today. You definitely need a hug now.
5. Hungry! Ain't no comfort like comfort food.
6. Neglected: Looks like they've forgotten your birthday (OR HAVE THEY?)
7. FEELS: That book always makes you cry. Or perhaps you shouldn't have watched that movie in the dark.
8. In from the... cold and rain, heat and sweat, the important thing is you need a towel.
9. Your character and the terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad day. Nuff said.
