We all love playing out scenarios with our characters, but for the most part, we do it with they way they are at their present canon points. Well, not this time around! Have you ever wondered what a middle-aged version of your character would think and do? An older, wiser version, perhaps? Wonder no longer, because this is

• Put your character's name and canon in the subject line.
• The person tagging you can either head on over to RNG to roll a scenario below, or just pick one.
• Congratulations! The option you've rolled or picked is now however many years in the future the thread must take place.
• Thread away! It doesn't matter if your characters are friends, lovers, or even enemies, and you can even come up with whatever scenario you want, so long as the rules about timeline are adhered to.
• Have fun!

1. 1 Year Later: It hasn't been very long at all, and everything that happened in the year went by so fast! Here's to the fact that even in a short amount of time, a lot can happen.
2. 5 Years Later: Years in the future, but not many...
3. 10 Years Later: Ten years seems like a long time, but you know what they say about time flying... so, what have you accomplished?
4. 15 Years Later: Not quite as soon as ten years, and not quite as late as twenty, things have settled into a comfortable familiarity with the two of you. That is, if you've even talked with each other at all.
5. 20 Years Later: So you're a lot older and (hopefully) a lot wiser to boot. Now that you've had plenty of time to settle down, is there anything else you want taken care of?
6. 30 Years Later: You've gotten to the point where you've carved out your own little niche in this life. Have you made a name for yourself? Started a family? Settle deep-seated scores?
7. 50 Years Later: The two of you, whatever your relationship may be, have grown old together! With the end of your days drawing ever closer, how will the two of you spend the time you have left?

Suddenly, a red string is attached to your finger, and you can't seem to get it off! What are they, handcuffs? Apparently, they seem to work that way - since on the other side of the string is... well, another person! Who it is, though, is completely up to who you tag - it can be a friend, an enemy, or a complete stranger.

Sure, the string doesn't seem to have a limit (it's pretty long, after all), but if the two of you are apart by one yard, the string will hurt you in some comical way.

Oh. And the only way to untie the knot? Is by doing any sort of intimate act.

6. DETECTIVE WORLD: Hard-boiled flatfoots chase crooked criminals in the black-and-white streets of a vaguely early 1900's America because that's the only place that ever had hard-boiled detectives, shut up, it's historical fact.
7. POTPOURRI WORLD: ROBOT COWBOY ROCK STARS. WHO ARE ALSO DINOSAURS.
