listen to your heart 😌
"Can You Handle Your Emotions?"
Emotions are... eh. We all have them, whether we want to or not. Some people have control over their emotions, and some people let their emotions control them.
Where does your character fall on this spectrum?
More importantly, what's their relationship with their emotions like? Do they bury everything deep, deep down inside, or are they the first one to cry over a sappy movie? Do they even know how they feel about what's going on inside?
Pretty meta stuff.
- No blank top-levels.
- Instead, characters are to respond to the proposed question: can you handle your emotions? / are you in touch with your feelings?
- Get deep. Look within. Hear, think feel... or don't.

That wasn't Michael's fault. She'll defend her dad if she knew. The manner of her origin is very... special. And upsetting. She'll avoid elaborating unless she has to. Angels are actually incapable of siring or conceiving children (except for Elaine when she was still one -- and that was intentional). ]
Well, try mediation too. If you get out of the zone, it may be helpful to focus.

[But he GROANS at the suggestion.]
Really?
[She might as well have just told him to go TO CHURCH AND PRAY MORE.]
[Because there is no difference as far as he is concerned.]
Like I said, I can do music. Books pull me into the empathy loop too much. Which I know is not unique to me, because they've done studies, okay. [IT'S TRUE! But he will murder a few thousand people before he admits books him cry a lot more.] And that's why Uncle Tom's Cabin had such a cultural impact.
[Where was he? Oh right. Meditation.] Does watching factory tours count?
[Listen........ as far as EMPATHY GOES. That's pretty neutralizing you have to admit.]
[He is also dead-certain no one else in Hell gives a flying fuck about factory tours. Even his brothers veer away from that sheer level of spicy neurology. So it's definitely a uniquely Lucifer no one else thing.]
