Pointdexter isn't going back to jail.

There's good angles with his wife. Both of them had extended time periods apart, and likely affairs. Real or manufactured to the press, I don't care, but we can run with it on the flip of a dime to hurt their reputation. She was hardly visible at the start of his campaign, and not for a time period after his election. Her business was booming, his office was struggling to get it together. There's also rumors of an illegitimate child, maybe someone he was promoting internally. We'll have to attend a few Fisk galas to gather more information, butter some people up.
