This includes a man's chest, a woman's chest, even a treasure chest if you're really into that sort of thing. Happened when I fell into this cursed spring while training with my old man. So now cold water turns me into a girl, and hot water changes me back.

You would be surprised how fast a martial artist can move as a panda, but yeah you do lost out on some mobility from what I could tell from fighting him in both forms.

I had no idea, I didn't hang out with a lot of people, guys or girls, and I was just traveling with my Dad, so I didn't even have my Mom around tellin' me what it was like.
