Biggest Benefit

biggest benefit
→ Represent your character by placing, in the subject line, the biggest benefit others would receive if they dated/were with/fucked your character.
→ Question is, is that enough to make putting up with their bullshit worthwhile? We'll all find out.

If only that were a position worth having.

I wouldn't waste the deaths on that when there's far more money in private security, and chances of power.

The meat shield thing is mostly a joke. I mean, I would take a bullet, no hesitation. But I'm bad at quantifying what I bring to a partnership.

And the suggestion for private security is no joke. You any good with a gun?

I could tell since you started with meat shield and ended with Uber.

I'm out of practice, but not bad. My dad taught me.

I don't think I need security, though.

There is always a range and its a skill you ought to be able to easily access. [He goes weekly, they're great at stress reduction.]

But others do, it's a fairly lucrative career choice really and there isn't much risk. 'Meat shield'.

I'm more interested in protecting people I care about. Not some random rich ass.

Might practice shooting, though. Thanks for the reminder.

You have so much to learn. In a way I'm almost jealous.
Consider it, if only for an investment in yourself so sacrificial lamb and taxi service isn't first on your list of 'benefits' to knowing you.

Of course.

Hey, I said I can cook, too. I'm not selling myself completely short.

[She's also not taking any of this very seriously.]

Most people can cook love, in some way. What sets you aside in that aspect?
infinite1ups: ((CD) you sure about that?)

[personal profile] infinite1ups 2024-08-21 02:08 am (UTC)(link)
I'm really good at it? And baking, as well.

See you should have lead with that, not cooking.
infinite1ups: ((CD) i thought so)

[personal profile] infinite1ups 2024-08-21 02:15 am (UTC)(link)
Baking, really? Huh. I guess some people do find it more difficult.

I like to think anyone worth knowing might stick around and see what else I'm about.

It's much less forgiving than cooking is.

Perhaps but again, to be so fresh.
infinite1ups: ((S4) told ya so)

[personal profile] infinite1ups 2024-08-21 11:59 am (UTC)(link)
True, cooking allows for a little more freedom. Baking is more about following the instructions.

I'm not that fresh.
