Yeah. I don't do it all the time, but it's nice to relax, or to help me sleep.

Yeah, I mean, I'm almost always thinking about science and sometimes I just need to make my brain quiet.

I can understand that.
I often can't make my mind stop but usually I just stay up and work on things until it quiets down.
