[ w e l l... a year ago who thought they'd be here? Definitely not Stiles. Not that he thought they'd break up or something - definitely didn't want that. Just. A year is a pretty long time and all. And Erica hasn't run screaming for the hills, so that's probably a good thing.

Anyway. It's special. Even if it's sappy, it means something to Stiles, but he doesn't want to make it, you know, weird. So they didn't really plan anything, except Stiles totally did, and at 10 p.m., he's outside her house, throwing rocks at her window. ]

[it was, initially, an accident. scott had wanted to talk to allison but didn't want it to seem like a date -- they were complicated -- so he asked isaac to come along because stiles was busy. until, scott had an emergency at the vet clinic and couldn't go, so he asked isaac to at least take her out to eat.

which was weird, but he didn't ask, because couples, or ex couples, are complicated. so here he is, standing at allison's door. he knocks a couple of times before slipping his hands into his pockets, tilting his head back to look up at the second floor. her light is on and he's hoping that she'll hear the knock instead of her father.]

[ how this came to be is something thor doesn't like to think about. it was a mistake to the highest degree. and yet... he's not doing anything to change it. that's on him and it will weigh upon his conscience for years to come. and though the very thought makes him uneasy, it makes his stomach churn with unfettered rage—it's the easiest solution.

he still hates loki, but this is the only way to keep people safe. if he must sacrifice himself, so be it.

but, they've come to an agreement: loki will feed from thor and leave the city alone. any other vampire is free game and thor will slay them without so much as a second thought. but he'll let loki live. for now. some part of him thinks that maybe he can be used for something, but another part, a darker part wants to keep him for a more selfish reason. not that he's ready to admit such a thing, but that hardly matters.

they're in thor's place, it's long after sunset and the curtains are drawn. he's not looking forward to this and he doesn't fully trust that loki won't just rip his damn throat out (except that he must trust him enough to allow this sort of thing to happen). he sighs heavily, bringing a hand up to rub over his eyes for a moment before cutting an angry glare at loki. ]

[ Oikawa's voice was the total opposite of his normal tone. With Kinzou too busy flipping through magazines and listening to his music, he was left talking to himself for the most part.

What was the point of Kinzou coming over if what he was doing could be done at his own home? Probably because of the free AC.

Fortunately enough, an idea came to mind as Oikawa reached over to remove Kinzou's headphones. It was rude of him to interrupt him from his music, yes, but it was just as rude of a guest to ignore him. ]

[A whole year...well, it did seem like only yesterday that the best thing in the world happened to her. Oliver Wood noticed her. Over all the girls that fangirled over him it was her that he had paid attention to. Sure, he was a few years older than her but really that didn't seem to matter to either of them.
