He knew these guys were stuck up, but this was another level. He needs some fresh air and an excuse to check his phone for the thousandth time to see if there's a text from his Froggy.

And when he steps outside that's when he sees the big man himself. This had to be Charlie's doing, convincing him to actually get out more. ]

The battlements of Elsinore are cold when the sun goes down, even in the milder Danish summers. Whatever heat the sun lends the stones dissipates quickly. By the time the moon and the stars rise, any wanderer up here would be well-served with a cloak or blanket to keep off the chill.

And this, perhaps, could be the first thing someone noticed about the figure seated on the edge of the wall, their head tipped back to look at the stars. The breeze doesn't seem to bother them, though it catches their hair and tugs at their clothes. (Or -- tugs at the impression of clothes? From some angles they seem costumed like a sailor, others like a Greek maid.)

Of course, someone would have to be looking pretty closely to see the figure at all. They don't seem to be all there. Their voice is, though:
