Steve's always related to Bruce on some level. Steve has always stepped into the shoes of being the 'little guy' and Bruce's problem has always been repressing the big one. There's an involuntary wince as he watches the Hulk transform. Coulson had mentioned it in passing, that Bruce's "problem" was the direct results of him trying to recreate the Super Soldier serum and there's some part of Steve that wonders if there's any resentment.

Steve moves to try to knock down a few. Trying to get a few wild swings to make contact. Focusing on the one that ate his shield.

"You gonna be OKAY, Doctor Banner?"

He yells amidst the chaos and he wonders if Bruce can still hear him between all the layers of green.

Bruce was yelling, freaking out as the dinosaur was swallowing him down. His hands scrabbling at the slimy metallic insides as his skin tinted green.

The dino seems satisfied he's won, but he's in for a rude awakening. The mouth is pulled apart, Hulk growling as he holds the jaws open with his arms and feet. He has something with him from the dino's belly, tossing the shield out to Cap.
