( Pretty "good" is an understatement with how well they work together- with how well they work with others too! He never gets tired of teaming up with Katsuki. Even if he's familiar with his boyfriends style, moves, speed, pace. It always feels new and the dynamic blonde just surprises him every time. Unlike Katsuki, Eijirou is a boy who enjoys the stability of routine: he can eat the same meal all week, jog the same route, eat with the same people, play the same games. [It was Eijirou thinking the same for himself that was what make Katsuki think even higher of his boyfriend than before. A plateau had been reached for self-appreciation and no amount of encouragement from others could help Eijirou get past that level until he learned to think better of himself. Pride isn't a bad thing, when it's moderated and properly managed (not Katsuki's forte at all), and he watched Eijirou start to nurture his own. It had an important opponent in Eijirou's doubts that would require it to be in fighting shape. Katsuki could and would help where he can, but sometimes, it's going to be all on his boyfriend's shoulders to push past that dark voice and move forward. Quirk, strength, skill, smarts, everything.

People really like Kirishima's big-and-strong-but-really-nice clash when it comes to looks and personality. His manliness is making some good waves too.

Consistency is his foundation when it comes to routine- it keeps him level headed and out of funks- plus, it's not like he doesn't enjoy switching it up, he hesitates at first but it never knocks him off kilter this much.

There's a prideful smile that tickles Eijirous face as he bashfully reads the things his boyfriend says about them. A sense of pride flutters inside of him- slowly pumping up his shoulders until they square again. His brow setting firmly as he nods quietly to himself- agreeing with the texts silently as he clutched his phone closer to his chest.
Kirishima wasn't perfect, he was never going to be and didn't have those expectations for himself. Always the one preaching to Katsuki that 'perfect' wasn't that great since you would never have anything better to strive for. At this point, they had reached a place in their relationship where they understood what the other boy needed, supported each other through it, and tried their best to walk through the chaos together.

Eijirou's friendship with him was built up between him and Eijirou alone, without a history to prod it along. In a way, Katsuki's selfish with it. His first U.A. friend. It's why he finds himself checking Eijirou's status during missions when not working with him, finding him on the map or listening to a news report about him.
Of course, when the redhead was in proximity and BLASTED AT HIM from wherever the fuck he was, Katsuki'd tense and round on him for being a hyperactive noisy asshole... but it's always a short-lived thing and Eijirou gets a text later saying he looks good or he did well or Katsuki'll be waiting for him at this location when they're done. There was nothing worse than thinking Katsuki could go misunderstood by others- even when the blonde didn't WANT to be understood. It had pained the redhead in the past, seeing Bakugou push through crowds to try to get ahead only to be constantly scolded for his unique personality. Getting pushed back every corner of the way. Yet, the blonde has been pushing through thus far- but it didn't mean Eijirou would let him do it alone. He'd help, cheer him on, and root for him every step of the way! )

i don't have time for a fucking podcast anyways.
[He wouldn't even want to. Sitting around in a booth with headphones talking to a bunch of people calling in, or reading off a damn script, or whatever those fucking idiots do. That's not him. Bakugou would much rather be outside doing something, training or kicking ass or studying. Something to improve himself so he can help people via crushing villains into paste.
Not going to lie, though, Bakugou sometimes walks into social situations, like the press, without bothering to look at or address them, specifically because he knows Kirishima is there with him. The guy's far more sociable, kind, and Riot knows Dynamight well enough that Bakugou trusts his boyfriend to speak for him. Most of the time. People really like Kirishima's big-and-strong-but-really-nice clash when it comes to looks and personality. His manliness is making some good waves too.
Katsuki didn't give a shit about crowd scolding so long as he could use their damn heads to walk on and get ahead of them. Listening to that crap was a waste of his attention. Pause long enough to yell at them to shut the fuck up and watch him fix their stupid problems, THEN if they had the balls left to criticize him, they could say it to his face instead of the back of the crowd like a cowardly loser. Like hell was Katsuki going to let anyone hold or push him back.]
