i can fix it soon, never fear, i just have to be awake.
i heard makino say one time it would go bad if left out long but please, who lets food sit that long without eating it? even the blue stuff i ate didn't go bad and that was meant to be poison.
tea will help?
( rip luffy, it's just not sinking in that most people don't vacuum up their food in point three seconds... )
i sure did get over it, though i don't think that marine will. hm.
it was kind of bitter. metally.
and it's true! a crew is only as good as it's members and our crew is the best crew! i can't imagine what we'd do without you, or the others. we're the team the other pirates wish they were.
How interesting. And the texture and the smell? I can't help but want to know.
But you need to be more careful. I understand what it's like to be desperately hungry, but you could get hurt, Luffy, eating random foods. That would make Nami cry. You don't want that, do you?
[ Frankly, it would make Sanji cry too, but he's always been an emotional crybaby, shh. Such as now, hearing Luffy say these things brings a brighter smile to his face.]
We will get far; I just know it. We've got a good captain to lead us. I've met more than a few pirates in my life and it's true that we're unlike any others.
i've seen him around since, so i assume he went and had a shower. i should ask koby. and i'll do my best with the food, it would be rude of me to leave you all without a captain.
the blue soup didn't smell of anything but the texture was like really thick and gloopy. i'd eat it again but it wouldn't be top of the list of things i want to eat.
( but luffy there's just been a whole convo about not eating bad things... )
i can't wait until we get to the grand line! it'll be an adventure for the ages!
Sometimes friends fight or don't see eye to eye, it happens with family too. We don't care any less about them because of that, not if they're good.
Ugh. If you are going to serve someone their last meal, at least make it the best they ever had.
You know they call it the "pirate's graveyard", right? But out dreams are worth the danger. There must be some tasty new fish an algae to try there as well.
exactly, no matter what happens it won't take away from the good memories we share. besides, koby is chasing their dream and seizing it with both hands. it's my job to cheer him on. i don't know much about the other one, just that he had a close shave and has much less hair than before.
a banquet for a final meal would be more fitting!
they do, but a lot of places could be called that. maybe it's called a pirate graveyard just to keep us out. i'll bet the fish are SUPER tasty.
We make a good team. I like that you all look out for each other like a good crew should. [ Like a family, he doesn't say, but the idea is there. Sanji's still feeling a little bit like he's imposing with his presence, but as long as Luffy wants him around, he'll stay. ] It means a lot that you do that. That you can respect people's dreams and wants even if they don't align with your own. It makes you a good friend and a good captain.
Oh, yes, I saw that blond guy's ridiculous haircut. He should invest in a hairdresser.
Exactly! Go out with a bang.
That's fair; it could be an intimidation tactic as well. Not just the fish, there's also the algae, the possible oysters or shellfish...so many possibilities.
we all have each others backs, i just know it. and i did offer koby a spot on the crew but he knew what he wanted. the marines will be better off with him forging the way.
the blond guy does have a hairdresser; zoro.
tuna the size of two, no three ships! i bet even the seaweed is delicious.
There's a lot to say about the Marines, good and bad. If your friend believes he can make them better, then that's also an admirable goal. A pretty difficult one as well.
That was Zoros' doing? And here I thought mosshead had no sense of humor.
One so big wouldn't fit in the kitchen but we would work around the size issue if we encounter it. Me too. Lots of new flavors to discover.
I'm not sure if he believes it yet, but he will. Maybe one day the good marines will outnumber the bad.
They had a fight and that was the outcome, a haircut to get people talking. I didn't think he liked it at first but then they haven't fixed it since. Perhaps it's grown on them.
If the fish is too big we'll just have to eat some of it before putting the rest in the kitchen. Raw fish can be nice sometimes!

I have fed many people in my lifetime, and I admit these sounds are new. Did you eat anything weird early in the day?
no subject
hmmm. let me think.
soup. oden. some pie from a vendor. three sandwiches, two hamburgers....so not much and nothing weird. not this time.

[ Damn, Luffy. Impressive. ]
Right. That sounds about your average intake. Perhaps you really are just hungry. I can go make you some entrée while you shower.
no subject
( and that's only the stuff he kept track of. )
it was a good day for food, i even got a discount on the pie. they said it was going to go bad, but really, food could never be bad.

[ ... ]
Food can absolutely go bad. It's been an issue since the first dish was invented, I'm afraid.
This explain why your stomach is complaining. Change of plans, I'll make you some chamomile tea.

You ate poison? On purpose???? When was that? Was it today? We need to find you a doctor if that's the case.
Well, it can not fix poison! But it can settle an upset stomach; it will relax your digestive muscles and help with nausea.

sounds delicious, just like everything you make is. a great cook and an amazing fighter too.

And I am also curious about what blue poison tastes like.
Flatterer. [ Keep talking, man. ] You're pretty impressive yourself in a fight. I'm glad I joined this crew.

Tsh, sounds like it needed improvement. But it was damn poison; don't ever eat it again.
[ Saiji will keep repeating it, maybe one day it will stick. And maybe pigs will fly. ]
A dangerous one. I bet it will be anything but boring.

it was more like a custard than a soup. poisonous custard. kind of sad when you think about it.
the excitement is unreal, i can't wait to see how it looks. people keep saying it's dangerous but i think it sounds great!
