That's why you take time to enjoy their cute faces for a while! But if you don't eventually eat it, wouldn't that also be a waste of the chef's efforts? It's all down to a matter of perspective. And hunger.

Hrmhrm, that's a good point too. And I do admit that no matter how cute the food is, I probably would lose out to being too hungry to keep from eating. I guess you don't have that problem of getting torn between admiring and eating something like that!

Nope! I'll appreciate the artistry for a while then go ahead and eat - food's one of the best aspects of humanity and I intend to savor every bit of it I can. Never let an offering go to waste is what I say!

I agree with that completely. Although it's a little embarrassing to say, I have to be careful not to savor TOO much or I'll end up gaining too much weight. Even if the food tastes so good it'd be worth it -- briefly.

But I'm curious, is there anything that you don't like, foodwise?

Ah well, that's just the nature of Near Shore denizens. Ya gotta eat properly to stay alive and maintain your health. Something that's not a problem for me.
