[Taking a step back in case of an uppercut or something, Mokou looks down at Kaguya - a tiny smile threatening to form on her lips when she sees that Kaguya is... in trouble?

She's not sure what's going on but she likes it.]

[ Well she now looks distressed at that. And-- Eirin. Why bring her into this? She clenches her fists. There has only been a handful of times she's apologized to anyone. One of those she would have apologized to, for causing her all of this trouble she's brought upon them, is Eirin in fact. Not that Mokou needs to know that.

And Mokou may not know it, but Eirin IS a goddess; sister to Lord Tsukuyomi. Kaguya's attendant she may be, and even if Kaguya does treat her like a servant as any other in front of anyone else, if she's giving her an apology she's doing it properly. As in, with the highest form of respect that would actually seem improper for a princess to give a servant.

[ It helps to imagine that it's not Mokou standing there, but Eirin instead. ]

[The confusing spectacle in front of her is nice and all - that's a good look for Kaguya - but that little tacked on loophole earns Kaguya a boot resting on the back of her head.]

[ So much for that loophole. But she will look for them, no matter how petty-- because she knows that in terms of answering to 'authority', or what Mokou claims to have over her, she does not want to give her what she wants.

[It's enough to make her start to doubt the pretend nature of Kaguya's obedience. But the hesitation - or resistance - and the fact that she isn't panting more keeps her from being completely convinced.
