YOU MAY KNOW EACH OTHER ALREADY - OR YOU MAY NOT. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU'RE NOW PASSING THE TIME ASKING EACH OTHER QUESTIONS. IT'S A GAME! A QUESTION FOR A QUESTION. YOU START OFF ASKING YOUR OPPONENT A QUESTION OF CHOICE AND IF THEY ANSWER IT, THEY'RE ALLOWED TO ASK YOU A QUESTION IN TURN. THE RULES ARE SIMPLE, ONLY AS LONG AS YOU ANSWER THE OTHER PERSON'S QUESTIONS ARE YOU ALLOWED TO ASK QUESTIONS YOURSELF, BUT THERE IS NO EXPECTATION OF TRUTHFULNESS HERE, LIE IF YOU MUST OR WANT, JUST KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING.
How to play -
1. Comment with your character's name, fandom and preference.
2. If you want, leave a question in the comment field that your character is asking their opponent. Or don't. I'm not the cops.
3. Pick other characters to question and have fun!

Is safety an immediate concern of yours?
no subject
Can there ever be a guarantee of safety?

I am trying to minimize the risks. If not for me, than for my children.

Must it be a place?

Who is that person, for you?
no subject
Do you have someone you can turn to for safety? Someone trusted, at the least.
no subject
My brothers, but they are far from here.

Family should able to rely on one another, you have my condolences for the distance that keeps yours apart. Can you write to them, or send a stolas perhaps?
no subject
I can still write, and pray the letters arrive safely. What is a stolas?
no subject
They write you in turn, I hope?
no subject
Yes, when they can. My younger brother and I are very close.
no subject
Do you need to get safe?
no subject
What sort of space do you make?
no subject
Strangely enough, dark and quiet. First thing I do when I get to a new place is get stuff up on the walls and over the windows.
no subject
Somehow, the quiet surprises me more than the dark. What do you put up on the walls?
no subject
Fabric, usually. Old reams on thrift, carpet sometimes. It helps stop the sound. Just because it's quiet doesn't mean I'm quiet. Makes it feel cozy, too, like a cocoon or something.
What would you need, to make yourself feel safe?
no subject
I don't know. Soft blankets, a warmth in the air. Knowing everything is in its place.
...I guess it's more a state of mind than actual things.
no subject
That makes sense, though, that it's a state of mind. And maybe a good lock. Have you got good locks?

What do you daydream of?

Where is your favorite place you've travelled?

[ Yennefer's made no secret of her magic around Elia, enough to where she's seen her make use of a portal more than a few times. But taking someone with her through said portal was always a little risky, depending on how they might react to the magic of it. ]
There was a world I visited once that was filled with many lush, tropical beaches and jungles, and not a human in sight. It was very peaceful.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
