Feeling pretty good about my luck.

Things are good, why wouldn't you? It's easy when it's easy. Not that I'm trying to bet against myself and dissuade you. Not in my best interests.

If I tell you that I still feel like that when things are bad, are you just going to insist that I haven't seen bad?

I usually don't like taking this route, but I think this is a definite agree to disagree moment. You've seen semi-bad. But it could always be worse.

[ Steve who, with the aid of the super soldier serum and having never really cared overly about his own appearance, understands very little about the insecurities that come with aging, but he also can't control what Tony believes for himself. He can only explain how he feels about it. ]

[ Which is saying a whole lot, because he'd given up the shield, he'd given up being Captain America. But he'd never give up where they'd ended up. ]
